Pu jamais!!! 2:30 à toiletter mon petit chien mécontent. J’avais pourtant averti le proprio de mon chien craintif et mauvaise humeur du à ses opérations. J’ai même proposé de mettre la muselière au téléphone. On m’a dit que ce n’était pas nécessaire. Me charger 30$ de plus sans m’aviser. Bref 115$ pour un chien de 25 lbs à peine. Prochaine fois, appelez vos clients lors d’un problème et demander si le client accepte de payer le surplus des frais. Malgré mon mécontentement sur place, on s’en ai bien foutu. Vous venez de perdre une cliente.

Great place to bring your cherished pet for grooming. The lady running it is very personable and is genuinely kind and patient with animals. I live about 25 minutes away and the trip is well worth it! And the prices are more than reasonable.
