Do not recommend this store period i was told i would have to pay $435 for a round trip. The charged my credit card over $960.. I called them and was told I only had a 1 way trip but contract shows round trip. I was told I had 492mile so 792km I only drove 732km but was told on the phone that I only had 305miles. Now I have to wait 72 hours for someone to call me back to discuss the issue. This is not right. I'm a single mother of 2 kids and have to put up with companies like this ripping me off. Do not use U-haul......
