Heather is excellent! The mop we have wasn't ideal so Heather hand scrubbed the kitchen floor and both bathroom floors. She even made time to wipe down the cabinets in the kitchen. She is very thorough. She got the candle wax off my mantle. I am beyond pleased and look forward to seeing her every other week.

My wife came in contact with Heather (owner) when we were looking for a professional housecleaning services company in the Tri-Cities area (Port Moody), and right out of the gate, the service that Heather provided was nothing but exceptional.Tried a couple companies before and the quality and professionalism was somehow questionable. After contacting Heather, she understood right away what our priorities were, and we are very pleased with the services that have been provided. The team she works with is exceptional. Every person she has sent (including her) has stood up by the same standards and quality and everyone is incredibly professional, respectful and trustworthy. She is very understanding of our always changing schedule and always does the best to accommodate our requests.Highly recommended and we are very happy of working with Spic n Span.

This is a good, trust-worthy cleaning company. They're great I live all the way out in Surrey and they came on time and did a great job. The special they had running was cheaper than some other companies I called and I was really happy with the end result. They even gave me some tips on a few things in the kitchen/bathroom to help avoid cross-contamination.I would highly recommend Spic 'n Span because for one they do a good job, two they come out to wherever you are, and three they have a really trust-worthy and friendly staff. I will be calling them back in the next few months for sure!

I called Heather about a one time clean after Christmas while we were away.At first she seemed thorough and professional.We agreed I would leave her 50% and pay the rest on completion. $60 an hour.I went with my gut and trusted her. I was wrong. We gave her a separate entry code to our house.She came in and saw the $120 in cash and texted me while still on holiday where I did not have access to mobile banking. She wanted payment immediately, I told her that wasn’t possible and I would etransfer at end of day.I tried to get hold of her that night as I did not have an email address. She started texting the next morning, insisting on payment, guilt tripping that she had to get her banking done, which I found strange. I called her, she was aggravated. I wanted to wait at this point to see that the cleaning had been done. She got more aggravated so my husband and I decided because she seemed unstable to pay her as we were concerned that she had access to our house while we were on holiday.We got home late the next day to a dirty house. She cleaned the master bathroom, and vacuumed upstairs and a main floor rug. We had family over Christmas so it was very obvious that nothing else had been cleaned.I tried to text her but she had already blocked me.What she did clean was done poorly.This woman is nothing but a scam artist criminal. Do not trust her.I did not do enough research and for thatI have learnt my lesson. I just don’t want anyone else to be taken advantage of. Check all the reviews, I am not the first person she has scammed.It’s a very violating feeling to have someone like this in your house.

Heather quoted me a price of $200 for house cleaning over the phone based on the square footage of my home, and details I had given her. I wanted the walls washed as I have a dog. I told her we were putting our house up for sale and needed a thorough cleaning. She told me she needed to use my cleaning supplies (vacuum mop, buckets, cloths,cleaners, etc.,due to Covid) She showed up at my house at 10:00 as previously arranged. She was by herself in an unmarked car. No company logo on the car or anything. At 10:20 she called me on my cell and told me the price would be at least $600!. I told her to finish up what she was doing, I would pay her for her time. She left my house before I returned so my door was unlocked until I got home. I ended up cleaning my own house as she left me in a tight spot. I would absolutely NOT recommend her, period.

Heather went out of her way to help us on short notice. The house looks and smells great for my friend coming from the hospital. She showed genuine care for our situation. Good work, good attitude, good value.

I had a one time clean that was very disappointing. She was 10 minutes late, left an hour earlier than we had originally discussed, and took at least 6 phone calls while working. Yes, they were probably all work calls but each lasted at least 2 minutes, (a few were 5+ minutes) and it added up to work not being done! I requested 4 hours, paid for 3, but with being late and the interruptions I only got at most 2.5 hours. I was 9 months pregnant and money was tight- this was a big splurge for myself and it was a horrible disappointment. When I saw how messy the areas I asked to be cleaned still were, I cried. For example, I specifically asked for under the bed to be completely vacuumed but she only did the two inch perimeter. I said to leave the bathrooms but she did me a favour" and did them anyway. She was very nice and friendly on the phone

Would give negative stars if possible. Bottom line: waste of $250 and added headache to a stressful situation.Like others, Heather promised big things and fell extremely short. This was a move out clean and we discussed appliances specifically beforehand. She also told us to provide a mop for the floors. The day of, she denied discussing the appliances and left many things untouched that had previously been discussed. The mop was left new and unopened, and the floor was not even vacuumed let alone mopped. One of the toilets was not cleaned, and none of the cupboards were wiped out.Not only did the service suck, so did her attitude. She refused to leave the key or receipt until full payment had been received, which normally would be fine, but a deposit and the remaining amount owing had already been sent by e-transfer. She essentially accused us of not following through on payment when in reality, she had not followed through on any of her promises.Waste of money. Waste of time. Now I wil be going back to finish her job in a rush before possession by the new owners. Thanks a lot.DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

I have used Spic n Span Housecleaning Services many times by now.I had a very hectic job schedule, being on a call board doing shift work where I could go from working a night shift on Monday, to 0630 start on Wednesday for 3 days and then afternoon shifts!Needless to say, my place was a disaster and I had literally given up on tidying it up. To make matter worst, because I was on call, I couldn't plan anything ahead of time, such as getting a cleaning service helping me reclaim my basement suite.Cue google.I googled a lot of companies but because of my schedule, I couldn't find a local business who would want a potential customer" to "maybe cancel at the last minute because I now got a call to go to work now".This led me to calling Heather who was based out of Maple Ridge. I told her of my situation and she was very sympathetic and offered to help despite the fact I was located outside of her usual work area. My work had me cancelling a couple times (I'd have someone scheduled say for a Tuesday morning clean but on Monday night I would get a call for a night shift...).She made it work.When they finally came
