Bold flavors and everything was cooked amazing! The chicken was super moist and you could tell that the spices were different from dish to dish. Definitely a adventure for your taste buds! The only dosa I've ever liked is the one from downtown remedy but this one could give it a run for its money.Service: our server Tony was super nice and his recommendation was super as well. We were fairly well looked after however, it would have been nice if our waters were topped off more frequently.Atmosphere: fairly open with some interesting decor. What a discovery! Some of the best places in cities are tucked away and we often hear about them through word of mouth or email/ text. This is a delightful example of a restaurant just off the main byways but conveniently placed close to the University - with no-problem free parking.Casual atmosphere and a chef who obviously takes pride in what is offered. Focusing on South Indian dishes, that are really excellent. Inexpensive with really great service, this is a must for those who love East Indian food and for those who would like to try.I love this place and will be back. Try it and see, you will not be disappointed :)

Exceptional. Best Indian food I've ever had.The service was amazing. They even brought a special treat out for my daughter for her birthday and played Happy Birthday over the speakers. The food was hot and fresh.We really enjoyed everything, we live 45-50 mins away but we will be back as it is absolutely worth the trip.

Me and my friends regular visitors now .. very fresh and Clean restaurant.. tasty and mind blowing kerala food…We ordered fish curry, beef curry, kerala porotta with kerala nadan tea … Awesome dishes and welcoming staff .Give a try and be a regular guest… should be a good choice for indian food

It was our first visit to this restaurant. We actually checked the rating online and seeing its at 4.7 we went there thinking its gonna be a good meal.Little did we know, we came out with empty stomachs and bad taste in mouth.We ordered, ghee roast and chicken 65. Both were equally bad. The batter of ghee roast wasn’t properly fermented and hence the dosa was tasting weird and it actually gave me bad after taste. The coconut chutney wasn’t like it should be. The tomato chutney was too oily and the sambhar tasted more like oily mix veg watery curry… just didn’t taste like sambhar at all.Talking about chicken 65..i have no idea why they had half-fried chopped onions on top of it. Its very not chicken 65 style.. also chicken 65 tasted really bland and oily again.. and the coating on it wasn’t authentic either.Also the ambiance is very pale, dull and untidy.We had to ask the staff to clean our table and seats too because they had food stains. Also even after cleaning the table wasn’t clean enough… clearly the leftover food was stuck on the table so bad.Only good thing about this visit was the Robo kitty coming to drop our food.Don’t recommend going there if you are expecting good indian food.

The ambiance of this restaurant was very pleasing. The owners and staff were very good and helped us in our choice of cuisine. Its location was good in a peaceful and beautiful neighborhood close to the University of Alberta. There was availability of free parking space. The cuisine was a combination of North and South Indian food. The food was very tasty and well priced. The quantity was good too. Our overall experience was great. The Chef brought out new dishes that he created for our opinion for free. Mango Panna is a juice made from raw mango . This juice was very refreshing. I have not tasted it any where in Edmonton. Would surely visit again. It's a great place to eat with family and friends. This place is very spacious and welcoming.

Unbelievable time here, the people are awesome. It was my daughter's birthday and they made her feel extra special by creating a special dish for her, it was unbelievable. The food is terrific and made me remember what real Indian food tastes like. The chef and servers all make the experience so great and authentic. We will be definitely making the hour trip more often just to go here!

I don’t typically go to this area for east indian food but what a treat! The staff was kind and patient with answering questions we had. Its within a residential so it seemed like we were not going to the right place but google maps brought us there correctly!Plenty of parking. I did not see the wheelchair accessibility in the front of the restaurant but the layout does seem to accommodate wheelchairs, walkers , mobility devices and strollers. So best to call ahead in case.The veggie pakora was good. We enjoyed the sauces it came with as the veggie pakoras could have used a bit more seasoning.We ordered chicken chettinad which was nicely seasoned in my opinion and not spicy at all. I prefer my chettinad to be spicier but my friend does not do well with spicy food and even with “1” chilli scale it was quite spicy for them, so if you are spicy intolerant haha- you might want to try a different dish. If you like spicy i would suggest you ask for more they use a 1-5 chilli scale 1 being the least and 5 being very spicy!I would also just skip the saffron rice and just stick to regular rice! i didn’t really get a hint of saffron at all and at $8 i don’t think it was worth it.If i am back in the neighbourhood i would try them again!

Truly an authentic fusion of food from both north and south India. The food was delectable and absolutely perfectly spiced. Will definitely visit again. Great place to host guests as well as the ambience is classy. The hospitality was warm and very welcoming. Kudos to the chef for a pleasant experience.
