Ordered recently from the UK for a friend living in Warren. Gratitude florals and gifts is the only florist I could find that would deliver to Warren! I have to say exceptional service from a lovely lady who responded swiftly to my emails. My friend was so happy with the beautiful flowers and gorgeous hamper that I ordered. Overcommitted and under delivered. Went in person a week before prom to order corsage and boutonniere. Pre paid and agreed on a time for pick up. Went to pick up and it wasn't started, came back 45 minutes later and still wasn't started. A girl standing in her prom dress had been waiting 30 minutes, another family heading to prom waiting and trying to figure out how to get a refund. We had to get going as we had arranged to take pictures, ended up taking someone else's, not what I ordered but just so that I had something for my grad and his date. Maybe next time under commit and over deliver. It's not like we could re do prom another day. Will find somewhere else to order from going forward.

I had an amazing experience with Gratitude Florals! They delivered two Easter baskets dressed as the Easter Bunny, and my kids were overjoyed. The baskets were filled with treats and toys, and the Easter Bunny delivery was fantastic. The service was prompt, and the team was responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend their gift services! :)
