Great service and wonderful people! Won't use anyone else for my plumbing needs.

Just was not happy with this experience. Asked for a drop by assessment and quote. He was a no show, too busy, and had to reschedule. Finally came and said he'd take a look. He had a look and said he'd come back with a quote. Never heard from him again. Followed up with a call to inquire. Still no quote, and that was 6 months ago. Would never use this service.

Our gas water heater was leaking and in need of replacement. Bob supplied two recommendations and we opted for a Navien condensing, tankless system. It was relocated to the outside wall, freeing up floor space and it is so quiet. His workmanship is professional, meticulous and he is local.

Great people to deal with. 150% satisfied. I will upgrade my air this summer with them.

Woke up to no water this morning. Called their office and had a good experience with the office, and Bob was here with an hour or so after it originally looked like we might not see him until the afternoon. Got the pump back up and running in no time. Thanks Townend Plumbing!!!

The company was supposed to do a large job for me (approx $3000) back in September. The plumber came to my house to assess the situation and give me a quote. Didn't receive the quote until a couple weeks after his visit, however, I was satisfied with the price so we picked a week in September for the work to be done. The week the work was supposed to be done, I called him to confirm and he said he could not do it then as originally planned. He would not give me a new date the work would be completed or even which week. I was told he would come and do the work sometime in October for sure. It's now the end of November and I have not been contacted at all. A true waste of everyone's time. Very unprofessional and I would not use or recommend this company.
