The Storage Box
Very friendly staff. Answered all our questions. We really liked the storage box for its features eg. mold proof, sealed etc. which was what we needed as we had furniture inside during our basement renovation. The Storage Box sat for 6.5 months (December-June) and when we unpacked the container all the contents were as we placed in them in December. Everything was dry, no animals had chewed their way into the container. We bought the lock so all our possessions were safe from theft. Also, the box is pro-rated so we got money back from our monthly deposit. We weren't paying for a month and not needing the month.Great product!

This company was affordable and the boxes are excellent! Clean, pest and waterproof.Customer service was helpful, polite and they were so easy to deal with.Highly recommend them!!

Great service. It was convenient and was a big help in our move. Drop off and Pick-up of box was on time. Our move was easy and stress free because we know that our household stuff were safe and protected. I would use them again in the future and will recommend them to my friends and family.

Amazing service from start to finish. From Vanessa booking the box to all the drivers in between. This company truly makes customer service a top priority. Box was dropped off and picked up when agreed upon and we always received a call an hour before they were arriving. Amount quoted was also exactly what was billed at the end with no hidden surprises. Would definitely use again!

Using The Storage Box's containers was the best solution for our moving situation. The drivers were amazing and accommodating each and every time, and the office staff was quick to reply and very friendly. Can't recommend them higher!

What a genius solution. We moved all of our belongings into two storage pods for 9 months. I was concerned that the weather may have adversely affected our belongings, but everything arrived in perfect condition.The pods are clean and secure and reduce the amount of times we had to handle our things. And all for a very reasonable price and with excellent professional customer service.Highly recommend.

This is THE way to move! We had our boxes delivered a few days before moving, loaded up, moved to the new location and kept for a few days to unload. We had a blizzard and this would have been a nightmare if we had hired movers or rented a truck. This gave us the time we needed to get it all done and the price was very reasonable.The Storage Box team was awesome! Matt and Mike the delivery drivers were so friendly and kind. The office staff was also great to deal with. Not one bad thing to say about this process. I will never choose a different method for moving and this company is top shelf!

I had 3 x 20' containers for about 16 months and it was a great experience. Easy to schedule delivery and pickup. Drivers were always professional and courteous. Highly recommended.
