Spring water is great! Sad to see they do not honour mask exemptions. With owners reply below, let me say the first time I went in back in March 2020 I was told I needed to wear a mask. Could have just been that employee on that day. Thanks for your intelligent and considerate response Dave!

I've been lugging water from the grocery store, and getting unnecessary exercise. I've been putting off calling Rocky Ridge cause I thought it would be a painful and lengthy process like most things nowadays. I just got my first delivery, and the entire process is super quick and easy. Ian was very helpful and let me know of my options if I needed to adjust my delivery needs. I feel stupid for not doing this sooner. Awesome friendly service! I know there are tons of people like me, so call and set up your delivery!

The customer service here is great! The place is clean, the staff helps carry your water out to the car. There is 24 hour service in case you can't get there during open hours. There is a sanitation station and the pricing is pretty good. Nice job!

Great customer service. The owner explained all my options and the differences between water types and tastes over email, which was super convenient. He helped me choose what matched our family's preference and he was spot on. And the staff is a pleasure to deal with. They remember me, know my routine pick-up, they're friendly and are always conscious of COVID safety. I highly recommend Rocky Ridge.
