Truly remarkable customer service. My son was just over 1 year old when he got his first pair of glasses from this place. I had no idea how any of it worked, and Andrew went above and beyond to provide us with helpful information about glasses in children so young. Fast forward 2 years later, we are about to get his 2nd pair of glasses, and yet again the same employee ensuring that my son gets his glasses in a timely manner, and that all is correct. So happy with our experience here.

Great place, I will always get glasses here or at places like this in the future. Good service, knowledgeable, didn't need to make an appointment. I got two glasses for less than I usually pay for one pair. I needed both reading and far away glasses anyway, so it wasn't upselling.

Such an awesome place to go for your Eyewear, great frame selection and great price and awesome customer service, they really do make you feel like a valued customer. ANDREW....was awesome.

I have gotten my glasses there and had great service and prices. I then took my mom and she bought her news ones same great service and prices. I had to go to new computer glasses and I couldn’t get there in time. I called them and said on way might be 5 mins late and he said no problem. Great small company.

I had sunglasses re-lensed for prescription, they are fantastic!they match the frames perfectly and are crystal clear. Excellent customer service and excellent product!

We have been going to Special Eyes since our son was 1.5 (he is 12 now). They have a great selection for both adults and children. In particular, the glasses they have for children are like none I've seen in any other shop...super flexible and durable for young ones.They are friendly and happy to help. Their service is quick too very. Every time we've ordered glasses, they've arrived within about 3 business days.Not only are their prices very reasonable, they have frame replacement warranty is awesome...if you break the frame, they replace them at no cost during the warranty period!I highly recommend Special Eyes, and have recommended them to anyone needing glasses for the last 10+ years! I cannot say enough good things about them.

You get what you pay for.Slow service, flimsy product that needs to constantly be replaced.I bought glasses for my kids. Both of their frames broke, twice. The warranty is nice however, we've since purchased new glasses elsewhere for them and have no problems. Our youngest even dropped his on the ground from the top of the monkey bars. It's incredibly inconvenient to have to runt to Langley for new frames every other week.Your response is fine but I stand by my original review, you are the dollar store of spectacles.Not only that but you don't have even 1 designer frame in your shop. You've got frames designed by someone, true, but to call yourself a designer eyewear shop is intentionally misleading.

Purchased glasses from here twice. Extremely helpful staff and great prices. Glasses were ready in only a couple of days, much quicker than expected. Warranty was great for replacing broken frames twice, no questions asked. I'll be coming back here for sure.

Everytime I have ever walked into this store, I've been greeted so warmly. The level of customer service is unmatched and you honestly feel valued. The staff are genuinely friendly, helpful and patient. It was refreshing having a lovely conversation post covid-19 with the gentleman working there today. I cant recommend this place enough. The frames are nice and inexpensive. The delivery time is fair and the service rocks.—————————This review was written 2 years ago and it still stands!
