Just witnessed an upset customer accusing this shop with animals after he threw his jacket on the carpet floor. He tried to blame that the jacket wasn't dry cleaned but it was in fact coming from placing the jacket on the floor.I've been coming here for over the past 5 years. Amazing customer service and fabulous work. Highly recommended if you live in the north area!!

I recently bought my luxury shirt for my birthday, and I carelessly threw it in my washer the same day I was going to go out looking fly in it. The embroidery got messed up(as you can see in the photo), where both words pinch each other. I looked up on Google to find the closes dry cleaner near my house and found these guys. Trust me, they fixed it up before I could wear it out the same night, and it only took them less than 3 hours.The night I wore it, wow, I felt comfortable that it looked clean as heaven. I was going so crazy in it that after a week, on my birthday, I realized that I partied so hard that I got an alcohol stain on it, and somehow these guys magically fixed it with no problem. I would recommend anyone who needs their shirt repaired or dry cleaned to come here because I would trust them with all my luxury shirts.

I had my daughters grad dress altered here. The woman who works the counter did such a great job explaining what she has to do, the cost and making my daughter feel comfortable that I brought my wife there for alterations to a dress for a wedding. Tailors can make alterations-comes with the job title but this woman's care and time that she puts in to making sure the customer is satisfied made me a loyal customer for all my needs when it comes to tailors. Location is Northside but I'd travel-shes that good.

I love Instyle! The owner is amazing and has tailored dozens of my dresses for special events and always does an amazing job!She recently did both of my wedding dresses along with the wedding dresses of some of my friends and makes sure everything is perfect!

The seamstress is absolutely AMAZING!!! I've been bringing clothing to her for years for many different alterations & custom made clothing and she has always done an incredible job. Most recently she custom made a slip for under my crochet dress I purchased for my maternity photoshoot. Highly recommended Instyle Tailoring!

So I am a short person and always get my outfits altered. Last week I decided to try this tailor and get my skirt which was long resized. She told me it was $20 and I paid her. I even asked before I left how much it would cost if I wanted complete alterations for a dress if I needed the sides reduced and the hemming, she said everything would be $45 and hemming specific is $20. First forward to Wednesday she phones me while I am at work to say when she cut the skirt it started fraying and so wanted me to pay $20 more so she can stitch it! Now you can Imagine how upset and irritated I was. I phoned her the next day to try and understand her, I must say she was rude and said come get it". My question is

I love this place, they are great! I brought a uniform in on short notice that I needed for the next day and she got it done in no time! I've also brought 4 other jackets there to be altered which turned out great!

I took a dress in at 4:00pm to have it steamed for a wedding the next day. They were amazing and steamed it for me within a few hours. They stayed late in order to have it finished for me. What great customer service!

We had a last minute alteration and they seriously saved us! They got it done so quickly and they were so friendly. We are so thankful for their willingness to help us even though they were probably busy. Definitely would recommend

Took a jacket with oil stains a month ago to them to get kt fry cleaned, they said it'll be done in 5 days, 7 days later the jacket wasn't ready so I waited another week and yet again still not ready, 3rd week, my brother heads there to pick it up and they said it'll be ready the day after, so I went today to pick it up and apparently it eas picked up, so I said it's either gonna be the jacket or 200$ 5 minutes later a dude walks in with my clean jacket" they said sorry and didn't charge me for the service
