Nixon Walk-In Clinic (Appointment Only)

I've been to walk-in clinics before with unfriendly, uncaring staff so I was nervous before my appointment. But Nixon does an excellent job! I made an appointment on their website and was seen on time. I don't mind the online booking format, on my days off I can book a same-day appointment at 8am. Front desk staff were welcoming and attentive. Dr. Fong and Dr. Benhabib are both lovely, caring doctors and they listened to my issues (they're both female drs which is my preference!). My problems were taken care of within the week, highly recommend this clinic.

I go here weekly for allergy shots. This is one of the best walk-ins I've been to. It's clean and the staff is friendly and efficient. I also love being able to book an appointment.

This clinic is really good, online booking system is great !!The receptionist is super friendly, never rude, I really like her.I see Dr. Pandit when I go, from all the other good reviews I'm reading about him I can see that many other people love him too, he's a really good doctor. I have not had the opportunity to see any of the other doctors in the clinic but I imagine they would be pretty darn amazing too.(I feel like I want to almost keep this place a secret because if word got out about Nixon Walk-In to too many folks it would be a zoo)

I visited this clinic after becoming frustrated with my family doctor, and I had a wonderful experience.Dr. Pandit was courteous and professional; he listened to my needs and made an action plan to address my health while taking into account my limitations.I felt such relief after this visit and 2 weeks later my quality of life us greatly improved as he provided me with prescriptions that were a better fit for my condition.The appointment process was easy, I didn't wait long; and I even got X-rays the same day right in the same building.Thanks Dr. PANDIT

Love how friendly and easy to speak to the receptionist is! The doctor we are seeing is also very good. My kids feel calm and safe as opposed to another doctor in London we saw before we came here.

I love this clinic because it's very easy and fast to get an appointment online with the same doctor. You don't have to wait for days or weeks to see a doctor. They also reply to emails very quick. Dr. Pandit is like a family doctor, very patient and deals with my health issues. Debbie, the secretary is very friendly and accommodating too.

The doctors are good, the middle-aged blonde lady sitting however needs to be respectful of patients and be more humble. What’s with the attitude and snappy behaviour? You’re not doing anyone a favour by working there. Yes, employees are stressed, but so are patients. We’re all humans and everyone should be spoken to respectfully! Whenever I tried to talk to the younger girl on the left, this lady on the right would be looking at me and answering for her- and very rudely and loudly. We get it, you’re busy and probably tired and frustrated, but that’s no excuse to not be polite to a patient who is just asking questions or trying to get information.

I didn't wait for too long today. The place is neat. I had an appointment with Dr. El-Fayoumi. She is nice and explains everything when I have questions. Elisa, the young receptionist, is kind and welcoming. You can have your bloodwork, ultrasound etc. in the same building. I definitely recommend this walk-in clinic.
