I brought my daughter in for her ingrown toenails. The staff are so kind and friendly. The place was immaculate and very welcoming and peaceful. We highly recommend Tired Sole to anyone suffering with the same issues. We were seen by Lisa and she was awesome.Thank you for the amazing care.

I love TiredSole! It's just a well established professional business. The owner Lisa and staff are amazing and well qualified to the job. I just completed their foot care nursing program 4-6 weeks online training, along with in person training. I would highly recommend any nurse considering to take the foot care course with TiredSole. It's easy to follow and help is there if needed! Lisa is always prompt at answering questions and gives you the support you need.

My 6 year old daughter had an ingrown toenail was bothering her quite a bit. I was frantically searching online for a treatment centre and happened to stumble across Tiredsole- and boy, were we ever lucky! She was treated twice and both times the nurses we had were absolutely amazing. They took the time to make my daughter feel comfortable, reassured and distracted her during the treatment so she wasn't scared. Her toe is healed now and we're so greatful! Thank you so much! My feet feel like baby's bottoms right now - I had no idea that they could feel like this again. Very knowledgeable (I had no idea the white spots on my big toe nails was from a mild fungal infection not just staining from nail polish!). Will be back."

My first visit here was amazing. Quick diagnosis of the issue followed by clean and quick foot care. Patricia and reception staff were exceptional, accommodating and kind.

HUGE Thanks!! My 12 yo had an ingrown toe nail that became infected. Our family doctor wasn’t able to perform a nail removal in office, so they referred me to Tired Sole in Barrhaven! I called and Nurse Keri said, “how fast can you be here?” When we arrived she got right to work on my son, and had the nail removed in no time! Nurse Keri was so friendly, professional, and gentle, my son barely flinched. I have no hesitation recommending Tired Sole for this procedure. Extremely satisfied with the service. Thank-You!

Had a phenomenal experience. My toenail had received a large amount of trauma and had come removed. The nurse was wonderful and consulted with the owner who were able to remove it safely. I felt listen to and was very happy with the outcome. Highly recommend

They were kind and friendly, but that’s about it. I needed a toenail removal. I made an appointment for a removal, I expressed what I needed via email before my appointment and then again when I got to my appointment. They wiped my toe with an alcohol wipe and trimmed the corner of my toenail with clippers. Then charged me 50$.I said I need it REMOVED. “Oh sorry, we don’t do that here. That’s too advanced for us.” .. are you serious? Their idea of ingrown toenail removal is trimming a little bit off the top and then they recommend a brace for another $80?? False advertising, waste of time, and a money grab.

Wonderful service all the way through! From my inquiry phone call, booking my appointment and receiving service, I was met with nothing but smiles and courtesy. Would highly recommend their newest addition Tasha as well. The most gentle experience I've ever had with my feet. She took fantastic care of me and I'm so grateful. Worst first experience ever!!! Booked in home footcare for my Dad at 9:00am. No one had showed up and a voicemail was left on my phone at 9:30 am stating that she was outside. I returned to my Dad's home at 10:30 am assuming that she had already been there and left however she didn't even go to the door and ring the bell. When I called her she informed me she doesn't go to the door unless someone answers their phone!! Pretty stupid set up...especially for someone who is sevicing the elderly!! When I called the office to report this...I was greeted with laughter and unprofessional behavior and was informed they would get her side" of the story. I have no reason to lie as I am not providing a service....terribly unprofessional and would not recommend to anyone. Maybe the footcare provided is spectacular but the employee that was scheduled to come to our home was less than ideal and highly unprofessional."
