Efficient and professional service. The client representative was knowledgeable and fast. The location is clean and they also answer their phone, which (surprisingly) not as common as one might think.

My western union experience is usually a tedious one but, the Ladies that work at this location are simply amazing! Specially Winnie. Efficient and professional service. Very knowledgeable representative of Western Union. They need more employees like the ladies at this location :)

I got the most unexpected experience. The customer care service is very poor. I called to ask for an information and the lady shouted at me for no reason. Remember businesses continue if they have customers. So respect and treat your customers right.
