Had a good experience there. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful over the phone and in person. Although our car stayed there a couple of days longer than estimated, they payed for the extra expenses and did a great job on the car itself - it looks like new. Thank you!

So happy with my experience here. I didn't want to bother getting my car fixed because I thought it would be inconvenient and complicated, but Sylvie and my insurance made it too simple! The repair was done with perfection and they even cleaned up the tires and carpets.

Waste of time, After my car crashed and the tires were obviously damaged, they still told me it was safe to drive my car because they couldn't repair it until the parts arrived. But the reality is that the car will shake and the direction is not straight after 80km/h

Great service. After my accident, they took great care of my car and it was time efficent. I finally have a collision center I can trust and would go back anythime if this occurs to me again. I higly recommend.

Worst customer service ever. I would have given a 0 if I could.Pierre, the director, is a liar and is condescending man with no respect for clients.Do NOT do business with them, you will regret it.

i brought my car recommended by my insurance.they repair the driver's side door and they give my car with a red parking light and exclamation light on.The Manager Mr Alex Menard told my wife to drive the car for couple of day and light will go off .a week later they are still on my dashboard and my brakes don't work.they broken the brake fluid line."And now Mr Alex Menard denied this problem and he tells me that my car it was like that before the accident.and I have pictures to prove it that he is a liar.Don't ever go to this place .i will put a big O stars but unfortunately i can't

Went to this place for an estimation for changing a bumper after a car accident. The receptionist shouldn't talk to people, she's very impolite. The guy that checks the car thinks that he's talking to animals that he can shoo away if the OWNER wants to see what they are doing to the car. After this I changed my mind and requested to insurance company to change to any other place to fix the bumper. Overall I DON'T recommend this place at all. The best is to look for any other place to fix your car.

They took 10 days where the job was for maximum 3 days. It wasn't a big job either minor scratches on the fender and headlight. When picking up, there were still scratches on the headlight which they worked while I was waiting. Unfortunately the scratches are still there. There are cup ring marks on all 4 seats. Probably some chemical bottle they kept which left the stain. The garage didn't have any car and I had to go to rent a car place to pick up and drop off the courtesy car.Overall, a minor body job not done properly while taking so long. If it wasn't for my insurance, I wouldn't be taking my own car there.

I was referred by my insurance company to this garage after getting into a car accident. Initial service was cordial and effecient. I got a call saying my car is ready. Up until this moment, it was a great experience and the staff was professional and pleasant.I went to pick it up after hours and when I started it , I immediately hear a loud beep and noticed my tire pressure sign light up. I start driving and the car makes a weird noise. I called them first thing the next day to let them know and get told to bring the car back. The director Sylvain meets me, drives with me for a few minutes and immediately dismissed my issue. He said, multiple times, and i quote him: “it’s not their problem, it has nothing to do with us or our work, go to a garage to have the tire pressure checked and fixed”. My care DID NOT have this issue before i dropped it off. My car was NOT fixed, it WAS their problem. Needless to say I left and contacted my insurance company to demand to be referred to a new garage who actually care about their customers.I do NOT recommend this garage and will NEVER return.

Deborah at réception is super helpful. In general, Excellent service, hope won't have to use them again, but if I do - it's them!
