The best Chiro ever! Dr. Angela goes above and beyond to keep you moving & healthy. Don’t just wait until something is aching. Key is prevention and to detect any tight spots and avoid a future injury. This is an absolute must to include into your self care package! The clinic direct bills to your insurance. This a athletic clinic that makes sure you get to stay on the turf and on top of your health and performance!

Having a love for fitness and having past injuries from playing sports it is of great importance for me to take good care of my body. AYG RX Chiropractic and Sports Therapy Clinic does exactly that. Dr. Angela is one of the kindest most professional people in the business. She is always available to answer any of my questions or concerns. Her procedures are effective and efficient. She is friendly and easy to talk to but most importantly has managed to keep me limber and mobile so I can give it my all in the gym and in my daily lifestyle. I highly recommend this clinic to those looking for top quality care!

As a chiropractor myself, I'm very particular when it comes to manual therapy and Dr. Dares is top-notch. She has helped me tremendously with my shoulder as well as my upper and lower back and neck. We have done soft tissue therapy, adjustments, electroacupuncture, and shockwave therapy and they have all been extremely helpful. Lots of parking and close to the 401. Direct billing as well. I highly recommend booking in for an assessment with Dr. Dares. She is a phenomenal practitioner!

Had my first Chiro assessment and visit today with Dr. Angela Dares. It being my first time trying chiropractic services, I was nervous and not sure what to expect. I left the appointment, feeling better and educated. Dr. Dares, explains everything carefully and has your best interest in mind. She takes her time and wants you to feel your best. I couldn't recommend this place more!! Already booked for follow up!

About a year ago I had a severe pinched nerve that ran from my neck to my hand. I was always in pain. It affected my quality of work and life. Since I wasn't getting the results I needed from my current Chiro, I made an appointment with Dr Dares, who was recommended to me. What a difference!! Her immediate understanding of my condition led to an accurate analysis and the correct path of treatments! Now with full, painless movement restored, I can get back to doing the things I love to do without any restrictions. For all those reading this review, accept it as a full-fledged recommendation for Dr. Angela Dares!
