Bought glasses from here a couple of months ago. Both Rob and Stephanie were very knowledgeable and helpful. Big thanks to Stephanie for helping me pick out a pair of glasses I love!

I accidently bent my glasses frame and they were able to fit me in for an emergency repair appointment right away. The staff was super kind and fixed my glasses within 5 minutes. Thank you Eyes on Richmond!! Highly recommend.

Went inside for the first time. Rob was very friendly and knowledgable, wasn't afraid to tell you what he liked and didn't like. Got my prescription quickly and was overall satisfied with the entire process. Will be coming back for my next frames.

For someone who wears glasses all the time, it's safe to say that I'm pretty particular when it comes to choosing frames. However, it's as much about the frames as it about the service. I recently had my lenses in my longtime pair of Ray Ban glasses get damaged and I decided to support a local business I drive by on Richmond row almost daily. As someone who works in customer service, I appreciated his honest approach and by the end I had purchased a pair of prescription sunglasses I had always wanted but thought they were far too expensive. Rob was able to help me find a pair of glasses that were not made by Luxottica which I also appreciated. Highly recommend

I was there for a minor repair, the service was quick with great result and the price was very reasonable. Overall I was a very happy customer, I would visit again.As for COVID measures, all services seems to be done by appointment (I would recommend calling in beforehand) and all customers have to leave name and number. The standard measures (hand sanitizer, etc) were in place.

Broke my glasses and needed a pair as I'm from Massachusetts. They had a one day turnaround and were able to size and fit me with this lovely pair, cut and order my lenses with blue light and now I'm set! Made adjustments to ensure they perfectly fit my face, and I'm safely able to drive back to Boston with the oncoming thunderstorms. Thankful for their quick and friendly service.

Unique Frames, not my style- Service was fine at the beginning-now with COVID19 was asked to put tried on frames in a box for sanitizing, which was fine and politely obliged .. however upon leaving, the man (never said his name) was on the phone, I was a half block down the street when he came down the street almost running and loudly talking asking me if I tried on frames and, if so, where I put them.. I responded yes, their in the box as requested.. his suggestive actions and thought process of thinking that I stole while not checking the box (I assume), put a bad taste in my mouth of this place..won't return nor recommend.. I would, however, suggest both Squints and Einstein's Optical, very great, and helpful service!
