This place & the guy who runs it should be shut down !!! Disgusting facility, RUDE & unprofessional staff !!! Does not care of the well being of animals ! This guy should be ashamed of himself ! Really needs to rethink his occupation & consider a night job in a corn field!

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. NEVER bring your animal here to get euthanized, not even for an emergency (as was the case with my family). They do not allow you to be with your pet - they pass away by themselves in a room full of strangers. And not because of covid policies which we would understand, but because it's too difficult for the staff to see the grieving family". If that's the case then you are in the wrong line of work! They even had the audacity to tell us to go to an actual vet where they would charge us more and are trained for that sort of thing. YOUR staff should be trained for this!! But our geriatric cat was suffering and my family had no choice. So I repeat

I adopted a kitten 3 weeks ago. I was told the kitten had a mild cold and would be fine. I was not given any other advice or medication. It is 2 weeks later and my kitten is sicker than ever. The shelter won't pay the vet bills, and won't provide antibiotics which they have in their possession. They told me to take the kitten to the vet and pay for the vet myself, or return the kitten for a refund. So they will give it medication if it is stuck in a cage for 2 weeks but not if I care for my own pet in my own home. This is unethical and unfair. It is horribly unfair to the kitten, who got sick from being in a cage for 2 months, and they want to return it to that cage for 2 weeks. It is unfair to us, since we were told the cat would be fine.
