Beware wolf in sheep’s clothing. My partner & i had final expenses insurance with this company, my partner passed away December 14, 2021 and they say it’s under investigation. What? They have all the legal documents & our lawyers name, to my knowledge they haven’t contacted him. We are hoping to do the service & burial soon & no payout.Needless to say i now have a different insurer.If I could have rated them 0, I would have.Thank you for you underhanded way of doing business. One more thing , i know his underhanded adopted sister called to say any claim would be fraudulent , just angry because she was no longer beneficiary & wanted to delay the money for his funeral & burial. Low low low just like this company.

CEO has a child on the spectrum but refuses to insure children with Autism. I will never support a company that excludes anyone with special needs. If I could give a zero rating I would.

Love Serenia! Lots of extra stuff (like scholarships, wills and start up money for charity drives) that my kids can get now that I've got two policies for them. Rated in the top for pricing too! My advisor is so nice and a really humble person.

I would give zero if I could. It cost me thousands of dollars to “work” for them. They don’t know anything about finances. All they do is push insurance. I couldn’t even bring my own portfolio over from Investors Group. Friends and family were so turned off by the underwriting process that they warned their friends not to meet with their own daughter so long as she worked there. I have been paying $166 a MONTH for a computer I can’t even use. And it’s used. And when I tried to return it they want $3000. $4000 and I can keep it. Don’t work for them. Don’t do business with them. Save yourself the hassle.

Policy coming up for renewal, they tripled rates for no reason. To go from 40 a month to 50 or 60 understand....but 119? Really???? Got almost 5000 from me over 10 years and I guess that’s the thanks I get...very disappointed

Front line staff are friendly but when the time comes to make a claim they do not honour the claim even with submitting the appropriate paperwork with original seals and signatures. This company claims to be based on Christian beliefs with hassle free, easy claim process. This is far from the truth. It’s about making money and keeping it. I would recommend to do your homework on all companies before you commit to a policy with this company. My mother just pulled her policy from here and purchased from another vendor due to our experience. If anyone would like to see the email I received from thus companies claims department, I’d be happy to forward it to you. I want buyers to beware. Feel free to contact me.

I actually called this place to make an inquiry and the customer service I received was first class.
