Customer service and part department are great but don’t your truck in Kitchener international shop.I had so many disappointing work with this place and l have decided 2019 not to put my truck anytime even if it breaks on there doorstep.Regardless of your mechanical situation, they will always anticipate working on the where they can make the money first, and you will be coming back thinking you have warranty for the repairs but you will be told no truck is old and the issue is different.The last time that I had decided to quit this place was when I came for black smoke that was caused by air leak but paid injector work and come back and paid turbo sensor and and came out with abs light and city horn not working.

COMPLETE RIP-off. Quoted me $2300 originally for a DPF filter cleaning on a 5ton, then went to $1700 then $1200 then up to $1500 before telling me. Now charging me to give the truck a boost and get it out of their yard.BEST ADVICE! FIND SOMEBODY A LOT MORE HONEST AND STRAIGHT FORWARD.

Our companies go to Service centre for truck repairs. I drive a 2022 International tandem for our company, and it's an amazing truck. Very driver friendly. The air ride makes it such an exceptional ride over rough roads. My back thanks you!!!

Brought a truck from this dealership 3 months ago and have not gotten 3 days of steady work out of it. Other international dealership can’t figure it out. Have sunk an extra 8 grand and truck is still not running right. Hard lesson learned for me, but a warning for you. Oh yea it was supposed to have been a dealership maintained unit.

Girl at the service desk was nice, mechanic was crusty ... Timeframe for repairs was incorrect. (A common problem anywhere)... Waiting room was boring .. have a TV with no cable ... (Pointless)

Terrible service, incompetent staff. Simply injector cup change, Service manager said they couldn't pull the injector cups, and then quoted us a new head. The price seemed a bit outrageous, so i got another quote from a larger reputable local shop, and it was less then half the quoted price, (both new aftermarket heads, so not Oem, vs. Aftermarket)I told the shop I cant afford them, and I will tow it to a different location to get the work done. In pulling the tools out to get the truck ready to get towed, the injector cups suddenly came out anyway. So ultimately, once they discovered they couldnt get the 12k in unnecessary work, they suddenly could do the original job anyway.All this got done a week after a hard deadline, maybe next time start the job more the 2 days before the deadline. The truck was sitting there a week before the deadline.To make up for the lost time, and the hassle, Management tried to pawn off a rusty bumper they had sitting in the shop, to make things right...thats it. No break on the bill or an apology or anything.The least you could do, is have a face to face conversation and explain what happened, apologize and we'd be all fine. Mistakes happen, I fully appreciate that, but sometimes with that you gotta suck up your pride and apologize.Trying to pawn off a rusty bumper as retribution, stinks.You know who you are, id still like the conversation.
