The customer service is great! Unfortunately the V1 case was very disappointing. Lightweight metal, plastic side panel, poor manufacturing, and the included fans are molex only. At this price point Zalman is a safer bet. I really wanted to support Canadian business so hopefully their newer designs will be better.

What else can I say besides John was amazing to work with. This man undoubtedly goes above and beyond your typical customer service! If I could give this company a rating of 10/5 I would but alas there are only 5 stars. If you are building a PC WORK WITH THIS MAN! It will be the best thing you do I promise. 10/10 John, well done!

Just assembled my MODEL V1. Attached photos are poor quality, I know. If you need any more specific ones, let me know.I paid ~$80 CAD for this case, going from my Corsair 460x crystal case.Building it was a nearly pain free experience. In order to install a HDD, you need to remove the psu, this takes about 10 seconds, and who's using a HDD in this age anyways? But still a hiccup I found. If you have shrouds on your cables it can be a bit hard to fit that back panel on it, just from how thicc my mbo power was.PSU fits in very nicely, leaving room behind it for sticking any excess cables. (Standard ATX size)For some reason the first few times I powered it on the fan's weren't colored, or only a few would spin, but I think it was my janky pcie to molex cable. I just kept replugging them and now they run fine. You can feel that you get what you pay for on this case.the rear pcie panel is the snap off types, with only one reusable cover. But at least they included one. Plus who ever designed this thing made an excellent choice with how they screw on, opting for the external sandwich bracket.Their logo on the front is brushed aluminum or steel, very shiny and nice to the touch.Their is a magnetic dust guard on the top. It is flimsy compared to my higher quality cases one, but it doesn't look janky at all. That is not a tempered glass side panel... That is an acrylic side panel. It's flimsy and cheap, and will probably scratch easy. Tempered glass is hard and solid in my experience, and will shatter instead of scratch. Plus this cheap side view panel has light bleed in the absolute darkness.I'm not sure if they ran out of glass at the factory, or if this was a design decision. But for the price bracket of the product, I think it's acceptable? It feels like this front panel is less acrylic-y. Still, the box says tempered glass...Airflow wise this thing beats my crystal series because of the acrylic side panel... It means less required support material on the case, opening more space for air to flow. Also makes it easier to get my chonky hands in there and work. But again, the box says tempered glass... What's going on here? The actually frame of the case has more flex then my corsair, but it's only noticeable if you want it to be. As in, you gotta put some muscle in to make it flex. There's no cover for the top pcb panel. I don't know if this was forgotten in assembly but it's a cheap part that gives the case a good quality feeling. These three fans are very nice... Absolutely dead silent, and not blindly bright like those stupid corsair ones. But not controllable.Overall I would say 8/10, would be a 9 if the side panel was as advertised.I would love to see a higher end version, like a turtletronix leatherback edition. Full tower design, light up logo, high quality addressable fans. Just add a real premium feel to this promising company.

Great product, but writing this review on the great customer support. I was on the phone for almost an hour with them, and we exchanged a few emails, always responding fast and to the point really well!

Recieved the v1 case a few days ago for a low budget build for my son. At 85 CAD, its a reasonable case. The aluminum chasis is a little flimsy, as I expected, but otherwise alright. The acrylic side panel had a few rough spots around the edges, but those smoothed off pretty easlily. The fans are alright, LED works fine and they have decent airflow, especially when paired with a more expensive exhaust fan. All in all, a decent case for a decent price.

This case is beautiful! Best bang for your buck for sure. Huge upgrade from my Raidmax, airflow is great!

Overall I can say this case is worth it's price point at $79.99. There weren't too many issues I had when I was building in it. The packaging was solid, two big chunks of styrofoam to protect the case while it is being shipped. The major concern I had with this case was temperatures. You may experience some temperature issues with this case especially because there are only small slits in the front panel which substantially limit airflow. ALSO be warned that the $79.99 only comes with 3 static colour fans in the front. There is no exhaust fans provided. The build quality of the case was decent. Definitely not top of the line, but still reasonable at it's price point. I did have some thinner parts of metal bend on me, but nothing a little bending back can't fix. Although it may seem like it, the side panel is acrylic and not tempered glass, the front panel is tempered glass though. Another issue I found was with the brackets in the back. One of them is temporarily removable while the rest you need to pop out. This may not be a problem if you only use 2 of the slots, but if you do use more say for a wireless card, then you will have to permanently pop them out.Although I have labelled a lot of negatives, there are positives about this case1: The case overall looks amazing, with a few of your own RGB fans and ram you can make it look like a powerful gaming machine.2: Cable management is easy in this case. There are plenty of slits to wire your cables through, as well as a shroud which you can hide your extra wires behind.3: Call me biased, but it's a Vancouver based company, and as a someone from Vancouver I have to support local!
