The staff are so rude and un welcoming, they have limited dining time, and they would tell u to leave the dining room and go outside after they cleaned in the early mornings. Very bad customer service

The place is mostly empty and has only few staff members working but the food is always hot and well done never had a bad drink or burger here amazing people who actually do what you tell them. For example i asked the lady to write the name on one of the burgers she wrote it as i said with out hesitation most of the place people pretend to have lost the pen or use tape instead or make smart moves with breaking a part of the box but i like how she patiently found the pen and did what was asked.

they consistently mess up my order. Especially around night time, the staff will never get your order right which is annoying when you have diet restrictions.

Ordered a double teen burger and got charged for it. I drive off and notice its a single. At this point its too late to go back and deal with it because I’m too hungry. I expect a manager to respond as I’ve had nothing but negative experiences here. I try and avoid it but its on my route home and I normally enjoy A&W. At this point I never want to come back here and rather start going to Wendy’s or McDonald’s south of this restaurant.

Every time I come here there is a wait time when I go through drive-thru. Today I decided to sit inside and there were only two employees working. Obviously this place can’t function on one cook and one person taking orders. I wait standing in side watching the lady straight taking orders for drive-thru and people waiting in line and outside. This place has to give there employees some relief as the both were working hard but like slave workers. They need at least one more person. I’m sure that won’t break the bank of this franchise.

We were the only customers there, and there were only 2 staff. We noticed that this location had been renovated since our last visit too.Our order was a little slower than normal in getting done and the hash browns weren't hot, but we enjoyed our breakfast.

Onion rings extremely greasy.Hamburguer meat uncooked.No greetingsCook did not have a hairnet while handling food.Last time coming to this place.

Just wanna share my experience I was greeted by Livleen Gill she was super nice and patient.. had excellent good customer service.. came and cleaned our table.. was very flexible when taking our order I would definitely be coming to this location from now on and who ever hired this girl made the best decision..
