New Look windows and doors

I used this company for all new windows and doors 4 years ago and LOVED the service and products. I since moved and needed to replace all windows. It was a large job and with many difficult features, including special casing around the windows and a dome shaped window.Alex and his team went above and beyond to find matching casing. It was even installed in such a way that I don't have to paint the wall around - which is a huge bonus.The 3 installers were incredible! They worked efficiently and did not damage anything during the process. The windows look fantastic and I can already notice better temperature regulation.I recommend New Look Windows and Doors to everyone! You will be highly impressed by the service.

We hired New Look Doors and Windows to replace our entrance and patio doors, and are more than happy with their service. They were very professional and finished the job in a timely manner. The salesman Eddy was very friendly and responsive, answering any questions we had about the installation. Roman installed both doors and did a great job. He did everything to our liking and made sure we were satisfied with the end result, and cleaned up nicely when the job was completed. 6 months and 1 winter since Alex's team installed our main floor windows and 3 doors (front, rear sliding, garage entry). I had a great experience with Eddy and the installation crew from start to finish. The price was competitive, the manufacturing and installation was on schedule, and the install crew took extra care to put down tarps and leave my house clean.I had 3 doors installed and the team of 2 finished it all in one day, cleaning as they went, and ensured everything was sealed, trimmed, and caulked. I had a minor issue with one door and Eddy returned the same week to adjust it.Overall great experience and would recommend.
