I live at Steeles and Bathurst area for more than 20 years, been to multiple post offices. This post office at B&S is very close to me and very convenient. But every time I need to visit this post office I feel that I will meet this lady who is extremely rude. I work in customer service for a long time, so this is not just a “slap in my face”, as a customer service specialist, it’s a slap in every human being who is visiting this place. This is not professional, it’s not legal and the complaints about this specialist who works in this post office for years are not been escalated. We all need to be treated the same in a polite and professional way, every time we are visiting this post office or any other, same as wise versa to the staff at any customer service place…

The older lady that works there is always very rude, grumpy and impatient. In fact, since my last visit, it was my last straw with this location because of her attitude. I actually ended up spending my time to go to another location, where customer service actually exists, and where I trust my package will be handled by competent employees. And I guess I’ll be doing that from now on. Hopefully she retires soon though!Just to put it into perspective, I’ve received better customer service in developing countries, whose postal services are known to be dysfunctional and untrustworthy. This is as bad as it gets. I’ll come back in a couple of years to check this location again and hopefully she’s not working there anymore by then, because all the re-training she’s gone through seems to only have made her even worse. Some people should just never be around customers. She’s clearly one of them.Imagine being disrespectful to every customer you meet, that most from the neighbourhood can’t even stand you anymore.If this lady worked anywhere else, I couldn’t imagine anyone would ever come back to that establishment. But this not like a restaurant we can just avoid and unfortunately people have to use their service and put up with her unpleasant attitude, for years! AVOID IF YOU CAN! But if you can’t go to another location, be prepared to be treated like a fool and receive below standard service if she happens to be behind the counter.

Not sure about other reviews, but I've had only positive experiences here at this post office the 2 times I've went. The staff go above and beyond to help. Will go there again in the future!

I’m surprised by the numerous negative reviews for this post office. I have been going there for years and have only had positive experiences with the various customer service members who work there. Most recently, I was confused over what type of package I should use to ship, and the lady came around and went through the different options and prices with me and recommended the one that would best suit my needs at a reasonable cost. She did the same to the lady behind me in line as well. Pleasant to deal with each time.

I've been here at Canada Post Steeles & Bathurst location more than several times, and without exception, the people working here knew exactly how to handle each of my inquiries / needs. Every person there is attentive, like I do remember A young beautiful and very professional lady Irina - Whener I need to buy products that I know they have it , I come always in this location - Like they're happy to be there, too!Nothing but consistently positive experiences from this place.

Extremely rude woman working at the post office, no manners what so ever, very cut and dry, rolling her eyes at all the customers, very unprofessional and unwelcoming
