The owner really takes his time out to really make sure the customer get the best service. He spent the time and gave excellent advice to make sure I got exactly what I needed for my pamphlets. I will definitely be going back to PrintGenic and I recommend it to all my friends and family

I've worked with PrintGenic before. Mirza helped me a great deal when I first opened my business. He patienty and professionally took me through the steps in designing a logo and he always takes care of my business cards. Unfortunately, due to a cutting malfuntion, my cards weren't perfect like they usually are. I brought this to Mirza's attention and he not only offerend to print me a new batch of cards for free but he wanted to refund my money as well. I accepted the new cards but I know how hard he and his brother work and I know the expenses he is up against. So, I didn't take the refund. The response and the desire to make very sure his clients receive the best in quality of materials and service is priceless. I highly recommend PrintGenic for your printing needs.Sincerely,Paul K. PrintGenic has awesome customer service. The owner goes out of his way to make sure your needs are met. We got all of our wedding stationary, wedding invites, and large canvas photos made from them and everything was done above and beyond what we had expected. I went there when they said that they were open till 8 all over there is nobody inside I also called and the phone inside started to ring, very disappointing. If somebody was on break they should have left of sign saying when they'd be back. Honestly going to New Horizon mall is a waste of your time.

There's nothing quite like good old fashioned face-to-face customer service and an outfit that exhibits a true desire to truly serve. I can't say enough about my experience with printgenic. We needed an array of last minute items printed, including business cards, table tents, t-shirts, and vehicle decals, and only had 2 days to get them all done. They were done in ONE day, they were exceptional quality, and the price was extraordinarily reasonable. If you're looking for a print partner that very obviously cares about their customers, look no further than printgenic. Highly highly recommended!
