I am not normally a huge fan of bubble tea due to the fact the drinks are normally extremely sweet. This was not the case. I was greeted by the owner after most stores closed and staff were running out. His store was open and he was in no rush to run out. He explained the concept and directed me in the right direction to get a non sweet experience. It was overwhelming at first but after some tips I got exactly what I wanted.He speaks perfect French and perfect English which is rare for this part of the province.If you’re looking for bubble tea, look now further. You’ll not only enjoy a great drink but have someone guide you and go the extra mile.Congrats for the great restaurant. I will be back!

It would have been a 5-star buuut we don’t get to mix the ingredients ourselves even though the name and the way the system works makes it seem like we do. The theme is that of a chemistry lab. The flavors are in syringes, the bubbles in petri dishes and the milk in lab liquid containers. We can mix and match the flavors as we wish. It was a bit disappointing not to be able to mix the ingredients ourselves (at least at the beginning!). Usually I don’t like bubble tea but this place might make me change my mind! It’s a fun concept and worth a try.

The tea itself tastes nice . But the tapioca is not cooked well it’s not chewy at all

Don't go here for bubbletea it's overpriced for powder tea...really not authentic. The tapioca was hard in the center, either undercooked or not fresh. If you want a reliable spot go to Presotea downtown :/ sadly diasapointed...
