EFI Sales Ltd.

Don't trust and buy this brand. Normally, their units are sold in MVR, and some cash and carry stores. We bought ours from MVR last May 2021, and guess what, it didn't even last for 18 months. Their technician came and said it's unrepairable because there is water in the cooling system. Last March 2022, the cooler showed some initial issues already. I had it checked by another expert, and freon, was just added, no other parts replaced. (EFI won't cover such warranty expenses so I have it done by another technician). Now this month, another issue came up again, and I believe it's not freon related anymore, so I decided to call EFI because the cooler is still covered by their warranty. But, EFI did not honour their warranty, arguing that a non-EFI technician already touched the unit. But the earlier technician just added a freon, (what could adding just freon do to destroy the cooler?) the earlier tech did not even replace any part. To make the long story short, EFI just ignore us and never helped us. So as an advise from a legit restaurant like us, do not buy this brand -- poor quality product and poor customer service.

Been following up with the company to have a part replaced as they said the cooling system was the wrong part. My freezer at the time was less than 3 months old and was having a leaking problem with excess water pooling under the unit. The technician came, inspected the unit thoroughly and said a part needs to be replaced. Said part has not arrived and it's been several months already. Still having the same problem with ice buildup in the freezer, which once it melts, leaks out of the freezer onto the floor.TLDR: Bought brand new freezer under warranty and all, EFI refuses to provide the support it's supposed to.This review can change if you can resolve the problem.

Though was bit dissapointed with the speed of repair on my unit in the initial stages but Andrew did help sorting out the issue very quickly after slow start. They went beyond to help out, instead of keep sending a tech to fix the issue, they actually replaced the unit for us. So, overall i was happy that they worked to solve the issue.

Wish i can give lower than this. Just sell the to equipments an do no want to provide any services within warranty time frame.

The worst machines you can buy, worst customer service worst quality out there. Stay far far far away from this company.
