Prompt and efficient service. They provided exactly what I was looking for at a very reasonable price and managed to have it shipped to me in Ontario when they were given a very short window. All this was done before they had opened for business that day. Highly recommend.

Tybrushe has an amazing selection of all sorts of pet & show dog supplies. Both Sheila & Darren are amazing at knowing what you need when you describe what you are looking for. I was so incredibly impressed when getting a really neglected rescue dog and Darren was able to find me the exact right product I needed to get her coat back into amazing shape! And so hard working ensuring that they are at the major dog shows and people are able to pick up things directly at shows! Great company!!

Very prompt, helpful and efficient service. Over the weekend, I emailed Tybrushe to get advice on what grooming brushes I would need for my puppy. Darren responded promptly and even offered advise on a better slicker brush for the coarse coat breed we have. My order was put through late on a Monday (after hours) and Tybrushe processed and shipped my order the next morning. We got our order on Wednesday. Really impressed with how prompt and helpful they were. Tybrushe will definitely be my go-to provider for all my pet grooming needs.

Darren and Sheila could not make purchasing any easier if they tried. They hand pick every product they sell so they sell each one with confidence and experience. They are always available to answer questions, provide suggestions or recommendations and feedback.What they can’t do, is fix stupid. If you are given specific instructions on how to purchase a product for the first time and you don’t follow them and buy the wrong product, there’s not much they can do. I’ve bought enough items from them over as many years as they’ve been in business and never had an issue. They put their heart and soul into every client interaction and are very good at what they do. I go out of my way to support them.

Really nice place, Darren was very helpful as well. I went with my breeder, Rhonda and between the both of them was able to get the brushes I needed. Very good pricing too, nothing was extremely marked up. Very nice place and would go again.

I have dealt with them for years and they have always been kind, courteous, helpful,and professional. I love going to their set up at the shows just to see what's new, get advice on products, and pick up stuff. It's super helpful to be able to pick up something you forgot at home or ran out of at the show, and they have everything! :)

When I got my very first show dog, Sheila and her husband were so helpful in picking out supplies I needed! They even called up my dog's breeder to confirm everything I needed (because I had forgotten what all I was supposed to get!), and helped me pick out every single item. I don't regret a single purchase I've made at Tybrushe!They really do go above and beyond, and are super knowledgeable of the dog show world.
