Terrible customer service!! My friend and I bought tulips and they were dead within days.We returned them, didn’t keep the receipt (who would) so couldn’t do anything. My friend bought another batch of the same ones, (I did not) dead within days. We returned to the store receipt in hand. After talking to the cashier, manager and finally store owner absolutely no resolution. No refund even with the receipt. The owner basically blamed us for the dead flowers and told us to go somewhere else. Although we do shop here regularly during gardening season I will never return. He will not get on more cent from me!

Don't go here if you know very little about plants. It was easy to get help before the pandemic but not when I went there today. One person was working outside and and whan I asked her for help to find plants for partial sun she gestured at the plants, rattled off a few names and walked away. The problem was that over half the plants did not have the little tags with information about the plant including whether or not it needed full sun. I gave it 3 stars because the cashier was really nice.

I bought tulip bulbs last year and followed their instructions. All the bulbs produced nice plants and beautiful flowers as advertised. This year, I bought all my vegetable plants from them. Happy to say that everything is producing more vegies than that I expected. Really happy about their products and those were reasonably priced too.

Edit 2: Wow! I gave a one star so people will notice and see the review. Some people may know it’s only decorative, but I know several are not aware, such as myself when I first visited. Literally googling it will reveal that people have confusion regarding these flowers. I complimented everything else aside from these plants. It doesn’t seem really nice to shame your customers for honest and informative reviews. There are other small businesses like Bulow Garden Centres that are nice, and do things properly. Do better.Edit: In response to the owner, I would like to make a few extra points. Firstly, most customers will not be aware that the straw flower has been glued on, and since the practice is done solely as a decorative manner to sell more product, it is fraudulent in nature. I wanted to bring it to the attention of those that are otherwise unaware. Plant enthusiasts who would rather support a local greenhouse than Home Depot expect you to do better than supporting wholesalers who engage in hot gluing their cacti. It’s important to have respect for your practice and your plants.Just an FYI regarding the cacti - many of them were in great condition, but we found that most of the ones with flowers actually had the flower glued on top of the cactus by what appeared to be hot glue. Be weary of that. The staff are nice and their other plants are generally nice.

Went here with my family. Great place! They have a wide range of plants and selections. It’s clean and spacious.The prices are high in my opinion. I paid $10 for one succulent that wasn’t even large. Shop around for pricing if you have the time.

The variety of lush and healthy flowers and plants in this greenhouse is unbelievable. From the moment I walked in, I felt an immediate dose of zen. It is a clean, organized and well maintained space. So relaxing just being there yet at the same time I had to contain my excitement. AHHHHH!!!!! EVERYTHING IS SO PRETTY I WANNA BUY THEM ALL! I started to question if I had just been going to the wrong places this whole time! Then I looked at the prices and I was shocked! So much cheaper than major retailers and even FB marketplace private sellers (Sorry!).I had my 3 kids under 10 during this shopping trip. My youngest kept whining about when it was time to leave cause he was getting hot. It’s a very humid day. The kind lady who worked there, told the kids to go into the walk in flower fridge if they wanted to cool down a bit. That cheered them up. They also enjoyed talking to the lovebird they had onsite and looking at the water fountain. Yay! Mommy gotto shop in peace!So before I end this, just want to say thank you to that lady again. She each gave my kids pretty roses to take home. This small gesture made our day! I for sure won’t be going anywhere else for my plant needs! ❤️❤️❤️

Best variety of plants. Great selection. Parking availability is almost rare but worth the wait. Good prices. Friendly staff. Well maintained and great greenhouse selection.

Always a lovely atmosphere, LOVE all my houseplants from here. Really well priced too And friendly staff ❤️ It’s also the best place to get your annuals in spring!

I purchased flowers for my wife yesterday and this morning they are already wilted and dying. I am very unhappy about this as I would hope the flowers would last longer than a day.
