Impossible to actually get my packages delivered by them. They literally never try my buzzer and I'm always just left with a notice card. The people inside their location have been so awful and rude that I have anxiety about picking up my packages here. If you can avoid this place entirely and literally go anywhere else then do so. I don't understand how a business that treats people the way they do is still open.

We are a medium sized business in Vancouver BC, I've been using Flash Courier for close to 17 years. I don't use them a lot. But you know how work is, sometimes when you need something shipped it's the most important thing in the world. They have always been super reliable even though I have not always properly packaged my items. Let me assure you I've shipped some odd sized / shaped items from very large to tiny. Not once in 17+ years have I ever been disappointed. It is such a huge advantage when I can just make a phone call and trust that all aspects of my deliveries are taken care of. Every now and then, I have a special request / procedure / location / person to meet and they are always happy to help me out. Their phone operators are prompt, kind and courteous. This is just a well run organization. I highly recommend Flash Courier for your business shipping needs.

We had a terrible experience with their service. Not only have they delayed our delivery by a whole week (despite promising every day it would delivered the next day before 5pm). The one time they did attempt delivery was on Sunday evening (the day I was not expecting), but person did not ring our buzzer at the building entrance despite seeing our apartment number. We understand December is a peak season for gifts & holiday deliveries but their unreliability is precisely the reason I do not recommend them.

They are great! I placed a same-day delivery order and was expecting to get my package by later in the afternoon and got it 4 hours earlier! It was easy enough calling them and booking it. Great service!

Amazing staff (Nicole) - really friendly, professional and helpful and I highly recommend them. They helped me with a rush package and I could tell they cared. So kind! Hard to get service like this nowadays and it stood out. Thanks Flash!!!

As someone who uses Flash Courier services on daily basis (work purposes) I have to say that the customer service and the response time is absolutely top-notch. People there are always super helpful and makes all of the pick-ups & deliveries that much easier. Huge thanks to your whole team.

Fast service. Reliable and always friendly

Incapable of coming during a set timeframe as promised. I’m so over bad, inefficient, overpriced services. The economy is going down the tubes and the businesses that can’t keep up with service standards will not last. Covid and short staff can’t be an excuse forever and if it is that’s fine, I’ll take my business elsewhere or just avoid the stress from them.

Came to write a review and shout out Nicole and I see other reviews have done the same! She is the BEST. Excellent service, always excited when she answers.
