They were awesome with their service and the work they did was perfect and done in fewer days than first quoted. There was a delay in getting our loner car and they had a solution right away. Highly recommend these folks.

Im disappointed. I brought our 2022 vehicle here fro repair and left with more problems then i had before.After leaving my vehicle there I got a call a day and a half later saying it was complete to which I said are you sure? How did you get a done so fast. The reply I got was “ we are the best body shop that’s how”. So I came later that day to pick up my vehicle only to find that none of the sensors were calibrated. The Blindspot indicator was malfunctioning, and the assisted braking was malfunctioning. All of these were working prior to my visit as I tested them upon drop off. However, Kelton did say to take it to the dealership and they would pay the bill and now two weeks later that is complete.The craftsmanship and work on the bumper that I can see in my opinion is very well done. If only you guys calibrated the sensors correctly, it would’ve been a perfect visit. I understand mistakes happen but if you’re going to claim you’re the best, I hope you double check your work to avoid future problems like this.Thank you again for your help. I hope that if we need your services again it’s all done correctly.

I cannot say enough good things about the team at Brothers Auto Body. This place really employes the best of the best in terms of management and technicians. My vehicle was vandalized and Prince and his team had it estimated, repairer and back to me in no time. They have me a nice - Brand new Ram truck to drive. We had to get our vehicle repaired and we had the pleasure of bringing our truck into the brothers shop. I can not tell you how amazing prince and his team were. It is super hard to get parts right now but prince called many places to try to ensure he could fix our truck as soon as he could. The paint matches perfectly and i am very, very picky. Best place ever.

I recently got into an unexpected car accident and I initially thought my life is over. I don’t know anything about the car industry but thankfully I met Kelton at this shop. He’s very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond what is ask of him. He makes sure you understand everything so you don’t get taken advantaged of. Very satisfied of their service.

I had the best experience at this auto body shop. Dealt with the management Prince. They were educated, knowledgeable and professional. They informed me of what kind of repairs needed to be complicated, they were transparent. Gave a very accurate quote, delivered a very time efficient service that finished a head of schedule and excellent product. They produced a loaner vehicle that was clean and reliable. I will definitely use their services again, they took a bad situation and made it great!
