Worst customer service I have ever seen at a Tim Horton’s. Staff was very rude through the drive-through at a time when the store was not busy. We went through the drive-through with a simple order and asked about the new cookie selection. The employee at the window was rude and dismissive and did not answer our questions, instead pretending to not hear us. When we drove up to the window, we were abruptly handed our order (missing one item), and asked to pay without a greeting, instruction, hello, please… only a dismissive attitude. We were abruptly handed our food and the window slammed shut without being provided a receipt or acknowledgement that payment went through and the order was completed. We were also overcharged (given the missing item).

I go here almost every other day as i live nearby.Usually we are pleased but pretty consistently our order notes are missed/ignored by the people prepping the food but they are inputted in the computer. I decided to not leave a review about this until now - since 3 times now in a row my coffees have had no sugar, or no cold foam as advertised. It would be good if the staff paid a bit more attention to the paying customers details.Otherwise food quality is usually great.But the attitudes of some workers leave something to be desired….Laurie is the best worker hands down, shes not included in this review she gets 5 stars.

I've been here several times and the food is always the same. It tastes fine but the portion quantity is always the same poor size. Especially considering how much they charge for this. So disappointing

Just wanted to share an experience at a 24 hr Tim Hortons. The staff is very inefficient and they were purposefully not taking the drive thru orders in order to cut time. On confronting the employees the order was placed after delineate requests. The staff was very rude and the washroom was pathetic.

This is the worst Tims in Kanata. Twice when I ordered bacon breakfast sandwiches they had no bacon on them. They constantly screw up the coffee order and when I called them on putting the wrong amount of cream in my coffee they took it and put a new lid on the coffee and wrote the amount I asked for. But it was the same 4 cream coffee they had originally given me. I had asked for 1. I will give the Tim Hortons down the street my service from now on. At least they are nice, efficient and honest.

A 24/7 Tim Hortons with a fast and efficient drive-through service. They keep the restaurant, including the bathrooms, really clean. The only thing I am not happy about when it comes to this particular location is that they are often low on muffins.

Got a metal ball bearing in one of my iced coffees, and the manager didn’t do anything to help aside from look at the cameras and say “well the cameras didn’t show anything” and offer a $5 gift card to cover it up. On top of that, they almost never get my order correct.

If you enjoy a hot cup of coffee each day then you know a very good option to get exactly that is going to Tim Hortons. I drink about 3 extra large double double coffees a day & each location does taste a bit different but all of these locations make a very good cup of coffee.
