I come here nearly every night to get food, and it’s always exceptional service, and amazing delicious food. The people giving 1 stars here must be out of their minds.Their pho is always fresh, hot, delicious, and you can tell they put in so much love and effort into all the food they serve. You also can’t go wrong with anything else on the menu. I love their combos especially the ones that come with bubble tea, you won’t find prices like these anywhere else in the city!!Ignore the fake bad reviews, you have to come see for yourself!!

Another update:The same-old,- service has been the same as one person at night doing anything on the floor, so don't expect attentive service. The pho soup is still not hot enough.What has changed- the quality of the dish has gotten better, especially the BBQ items, like grilled pork chop, beef short ribs and chicken ,- those are marinated and grilled well. So I give an extra star. (Maybe they changed the chef).

Despite the crowd and slow service, the food was still exceptional, and I left feeling satisfied.I especially appreciate your commitment to using fresh noodles, which makes me feel confident that I am making a healthy choice when I dine at your restaurant. Even though I had to wait a little longer for my meal, the quality and freshness of the ingredients made it worth the wait.In addition to the food, I also wanted to mention how impressed I was with the cleanliness of your restaurant. Me and a group of close friends visit here very often. To be honest, the food is nothing special, but it is clear that the taste here is more frugal than elsewhere. It feels like the broth is carefully cared for, the bones are stewed for a long time and the impurities are carefully filtered, so the taste is naturally sweet and not too fatty. Is that enough to love this place?

Coming to Richmond you will find some Vietnamese dishes that seem like other countries' cuisine. Typically two dishes of Hot and Sour Seafood Noodles and Popcorn Chicken Bowl. I am really impressed with these two dishes, because the appearance is very similar to Thai and Korean dishes, but the taste is very Vietnamese. Great!

This is like fast food Pho. Counter service style ordering up front with payment ahead of the meal or online ordering like a McDonald's from your phone are available options to get your food. Then you pick a seat and they deliver the food to you when it's ready. The portions are small and the meat is scant, but the flavors are decent to good. The Bahn Mi is thin... Like very little meat but still alright. The Jazen Tea drinks taste like average bubble tea stuff but with the upgrade of chia seeds and freeze dried fruits in the drinks and lots of drink flavors are available for you to choose from.Highlights are they are open late until 2am on Fridays and Saturdays, they have bubble tea on site, and they even serve fried chicken.

I don't know what problems people have with the staff. But when I arrived they served very attentively. The restaurant space is also quite good, the taste of the food, I have never been to Vietnam to try it, so I can only say that Richmond's cooking suits my taste. I love the dining experience here.

Oh, the Pho bowl here is very big and has a lot of meat. I ordered Beef Ribs Pho, and the rib bar was bigger than my hands (I'm an Asian female). I often can't finish this bowl by myself, so I always ask the staff to pack the leftovers to take home. Rate 5/5
