Picked up my car and dropped it off 4 days later because they broke my sunroof window, and attempted to cover it up. Now they refuse to take responsibility.

They absolutely destroyed my friend's car, cracking the sunroof and then trying to tape it back up. All the while delivering the car to the mechanic 4 days late. They're denying they did anything wrong. DONT use this company!!

One of their trucks backed into our fence and took off after they picked up equipment on a construction site behind our house in Maple Ridge. Their dispatch has refused to let us talk to anyone - denying it even happened. We have sent pictures and video surveillance and they still won't cooperate. The manager and owner are now away for two weeks" after trying to call again today...Filed a police report and will let the RCMP deal with it. Terrible service and company for not taking responsibility for the damage."
