Colour X - Benjamin Moore

This Colour X has a very large selection of painting supplies and paint. Friendly staff and also very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Best location, best customer service. Claudia is my usual go to and she is awesome and so helpful. But the rest of staff are also really great. I truly value their expertise and suggestions. I've been waiting for Colour X to move to their new location here before leaving this review.I've done the majority of my paint shopping at Steele's Paints, like a lot of contractors in the city. One day, I was in the market for an airless sprayer, and Google results brought up some prices from shops near me, and I stumbled upon Colour X's website - and boy, am I glad I did. Colour X is a great store, that I'm happy to have found. Their airless sprayer was on sale for more than FIVE HUNDRED dollars less than anywhere else. When I called Steele's Paints and asked if they would price-match, the man in the spray section laughed and asked ME if I would buy HIM a sprayer from Colour X, because their price was so good!Since then, I've started taking more and more of my business to Colour X, because they are far, far friendlier and more helpful than Steele's Paints, and other paint shops I've been to. Their staff are friendly, and as a contractor, they assigned me a sales rep, who has been a huge help with answering all of my technical questions.I don't want to go and exaggerate by saying that they only sell the finest quality tools and finishes - I haven't tried them all, and so there's no way for me to know for sure. I WILL say, though, that I've really liked what I've seen so far. They're carrying some quality brands like Renner (Italian), Sansin (Canadian), and of course Benjamin Moore for their standard wall paints.All-in-all, I've liked my experiences at Colour X, and will probably be bringing them the majority of my business moving forward. It's just so much nicer having a store that actually treats its customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
