Not sure why I even bother going in store. There is zero customer service. Talked to 3 different staff members none actually tried to help me find the product. The website indicated the store had stock, a staff member also checked the system indicating they had stock. I was told to have a look in the general area and when I couldn't find the product I was told that they must not have any. Not a single member tried to help me locate the item.This isn't the 1st time I've had this experience at this location.

I used to work there. It's like an open concept warehouse. They have a lot of stuff on the floor. They should just have an empty space, a kiosk, and EAGER service reps looking to fulfill needs and make pressure-free suggestions. And the back should be just reorganized and expanded. Shrink should go down and reps should be less stressed out redundantly cleaning the floor all the time, like Best Buy. The reps are essentially there to keep the sections clean and customers always mess it up. When I was there, reps were asked to mention the moisture wicking technology of the clothing. I mean, a video could probably suffice. That's asking too much to push everyone to mention that...and clean. It's such an unnatural conversation. And when you get a rep, there's almost a 50/50 chance that person is nice

I was looking for shoes for our kids and Batu (? Tall slim built gentleman in the kids/adults shoes dept) was really patience and helpful. Took his time to listen and answered all of our questions. He also gave me tips on how to measure fit on our kids properly. Excellent customer service !!!

Ved was very helpful with helping me find gloves for weight lifting in the correct size. The store shelves appeared out of stock, however, Ved never gave up and was able to find the right ones I needed from the new received packages which were not yet placed in stock. 6 out of 5 stars!

Large Sport Chek location with a oval design. Clothing are mostly grouped by brands and there are products from all types of sport categories. Not as many bag options available especially for across the shoulder ones. Clean store and very spacious to walk around.

They have a great selection of soccer, hockey and basketball gear and lots of good deals.I have bought a few jerseys and soccer gear as well.The location is unbeatable and the sales people are very friendly and helpful.A++++ totally recommended

Trying to a find a pair of Air Jordan 1 for my teenage son who has wider and bulging feet from years of hockey.Surprised to learn nowadays you could expect almost no help from shoe sales in major retail chains until we ran into Buta at Sport check.Dedicated, patient, and knowledgeable on the product, spend the time hand measuring my son's feet to fit us into the perfect size.Thank you Buta for giving us an awesome experience at Sport Check!

One of the best branch I've been to so far. Staffs are nice willing to ask me what I need. Great experience spending some time here for shopping. Many great option from their shoes and clothes section. Location is convenient with transportation and it's inside the mall. Limited free underground parking in the mall.
