Deja Vu Gift & Decor

A friend took me to this gem of a store on Saturday. It has an awesome assortment of gifts and home decor which are eye catching and trendy. If you need a gift or deserve something beautiful for yourself this is your store!

I looked into this store the other day. Filled with interesting nik nacs. Some very nice pieces of clothing and huge assortment of other things to decorate a home with. Enjoyed poking around and seeing all the interesting objects. Good place to pick up a gift or find that little something to decorate your home.

There is a starkly noticeable difference of treatment dependent on how you're dressed. Nothing in this store is worth the lack of kindness that the employees/owners exude. Shop elsewhere.

I am so very dissapointed. Every single time I come to Peachland I look forward to shopping in my once favorite store. Today my husband and I walked in the store and the women behind the counter quickly looked up, looked us up and down and then put her head down. No hello or anything. While I understand we are dressed casually (leggings and sweatshirt for me and jean and a sweatshirt for my husband) we bother felt we were judged on how we were dressed. Very dissapointed and certainly did not spend a dime. It literally takes 2 seconds to say hello!

Went Here on Last Saturday on the long weekend a nice cool Home Decor Shop Just Down The Road of My Summer House in Peachland .

Its an amazing shop and they have a lot of good things in there. My friends and I got a lot of home decor items from the store, and we love it :)

I was traveling through BC in June-July, shortly after my beloved Mother died & I stopped at Peachland to explore and walk along the shore. I strolled into the store & was met by the Male Owner whom was friendly & pleasant. However, I was disappointed with the lack of warmth & attention by the Female Co-Owner and one of her mature Female staff members! I selected several items, realized I’d left my wallet in my vehicle parked a distance way & asked for these 2 Ladies to kindly hold them while I walked to/from. I was only gone for 10 mins & upon my return was dismayed that my articles were taken back to their shelves. I queried as to why this cavalier action was performed as I had carefully selected each piece & was informed that ‘many customers request a hold & never return’..... I can understand if people don’t return in an hour or 2, but I was gone less than 10 mins, the amount of time to walk to/from my vehicle. When I state I’m returning, I do! I don’t care that some people previously haven’t honored their word, thus I felt insulted to be so casually categorized, I was truly not impressed! The mature Female staff member stated she knew exactly which items I’d specifically selected & she’d retrieve them, but I said that I doubted this & would take the time ‘again’ to reselect myself, as each piece is different from another in the shop. I really don’t know how to critique this boutique! The merchandise is amazing! The Male Co-Owner is wonderful. The Female Co-Owner & her friend/mature Female employee were less than desirable! Excellent Customer Service is more paramount than variety or uniqueness of products! #1, Always Be attentive & appreciative of your customers! Hence my Review & allotment of Stars!

I live in Peachland and had never thought to pop in to this store - when I finally did, I couldn't believe I hadn't been in sooner. Great home decor, but also lots of amazing gift ideas. Lady who was working that day was very helpful and friendly. Will be back.

Lovely store with unique, artisan merchandise from tiny, delicate jewelry to dining tables. Very reasonably priced. Helpful staff found me the perfect gift for the impossible-to-shop-for on my Christmas list. I'll definitely be going back.
