Kensington Square Dental Centre

I'm quite upset with my experience with the clinic today. I arrived at 748am for my 8am appointment and there's one recepcionist on the phone. She doesn't look up, doesn't acknowledge my presence, doesn't say anything to me, just looks at her screen for 5 minutes while I stand there, incredulous. Well, it's 750am, perhaps too early for the people before paper" rule to be in place. She finally looks up and explains they've been trying to contact me since yesterday without success to reschedule me

I have extensive dental issues, and have been dealing with these issues my whole life. With that, I’ve been to MANY dental offices. Most are decent, run of the mill, nothing special offices.But KENSINGTON DENTAL is by far the best dental office I’ve ever been to. Extremely friendly staff, always smiling and happy. And very knowledgeable. They answer all my questions thoroughly and help me understand everything in full detail.Dr Jin is very friendly…he goes above and beyond in his professionalism, confidence and in putting me at ease with any procedure I go in for.The whole place makes you feel like family.I have recommended this dental office to all my family, friends and co-workers…and I highly recommend them to anyone else who needs a dentist :)

Great dentist and friendly staff but they can never get people in at their booked appointment. I’m asked to show up early but can never get on time.

This is the best dental office I've been to. It's far from home but worth the drive. Dr. Jin is a very knowledgeable dentist and I could tell he really cares for his patients. Alexandra (Dr.Jin's assistant) made me feel very comfortable throughout my procedure and Julia/Jules put through all my billing's and made sure to note down my work schedule for booking future appointments. All the staff really go above and beyond to make it a good experience for their clients and it’s really appreciated!

I preferred this clinic based on google reviews. And they were doing pretty good until last incident.After fixing cavities on one of the tooth, around 3 weeks later it started to hurt because it got infected. And instead of doing proper treatment, they blindly ignoring the fact that tooth got infected after treatment they say that it is coincidence and infection was there for 5 years, since 5 years ago doctor has not done proper root canal treatment….Clinic not taking responsibility on what they have done and caused…I regret that I have recommended this clinics to one of my friends…P.SAfter every visit always double check the work done on you teeth, clinic may charge you for more than they did. Happened twice with me, put the note here just FYI.

I’ve been going to Kensington Square Dental for just over a year and I’ve been so impressed with the quality and service!Awesome friendly staff, amazing work and a beautiful office. You can tell they are extremely well run and I couldn’t be happier with my experience!I recommend this dental office to anyone looking for top notch dental care.

Had a wonderful experience, front desk was great, never felt uncomfortable once and my teeth feel great.

My husband and I booked with Kathleen for cleaning. It hurt so much!Next time my husband booked with someone else and Ms. Kathleen came for no reason! Then she started pushing him to get his scans done without telling him that this could take alot of time.And in the end she did just a little cleaning and said we will not be able to complete this today as we are closing.What type of behavior is this? These people have become sales people more than hygienists! Please respect people's time. When someone comes to you for a specific treatment atleast do that before recommending more or atleast notify them that this could take alot of time! Kathleen is extremely unprofessional!

Very impressed by the quality of staff here! I'm from a smaller town and I feel that the staff are highly knowledgable and very friendly here. Kathleen was so kind and personable, and both her and Dr. Martinez immediately picked up on issues that other dental professionals missed. They were very communicative and told me everything that was happening along the way. The office is beautiful and modern and the equipment is nicer than other places I've been. I feel very confident in their skills and would highly recommend Kensington Square Dental to anybody. Best quality of care I've ever received!
