I went in today for simple transaction needed some info on the process and the person was working was very very very rude insulting me for cant hearing her because she cant speak up she said if you cant hear you come closer" she even said "next time dont bring cash use debit" since when canadian currency cash is not accepted and she still took it looks like she just had to be rude tried her best to be rude whatever it takes please please avoid this location go a bit down the street on hurontario and dundas AVOID THIS LOCATIO AT ALL COSTS IF YOU DONT WANNA BE INSULTED"

As of today, November 1 2018 evening 6.30 pm, this is the worst customer service I ever had in my life. The guy works here, either doesnt know the meaning of customer service or he has severe mental issue. He was rude and he attitude was like as if I am beeging money to him. I was there to transfer money with westen union and i really dont know how to explain my expereince. Western union should be more careful while you hire people . He was throwing papers to the front as if he is lending money to me. Idiot useless service staff.
