I was very impressed with Katrina. She asked a lot of questions I had never thought of regarding my low back pain, the massage was lovely and she sent me home with some stretches and exercises that have been helping. Would recommend!

I had an excellent experience with Katrina, she was professional, informative, very welcoming and friendly and put me at ease, on top of a great massage. If you're looking for an RMT in Nanaimo you need to see if she had availability! The only downside is I haven't been able to go back yet! Hopefully when I am back in the fall! :)

Had my first massage with Katrina at Forest & Fern. Her initial consultation and questions about my history were very thorough. She really took the time to listen to/think through my past issues and connect them to possible solutions including both massage and strengthening. Great session, looking forward to working together on feeling better and getting stronger!

5 stars, would recommend. Katrina is a kind, experienced, and detailed massage therapist. I booked a pregnancy massage with her when I was 7 months pregnant and she took the time to make sure I was comfortable by placing pillows all around me before starting the massage. I felt like i was lying on a cloud! Her clinic is very clean and newly renovated.
