Midwife suggested Baby Bum Balm. We've been using it for the past year and we LOVE it. Our go to diaper ointment. The store is always clean and staff are great! So worth our 35 minute drive!

I had a wonderful experience on Christmas Eve. I purchased both the cream and roll on deodorants (which I am loving so far), and some soaps (also love!). The staff there were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and beyond kind. In particular, one woman who works there literally made my Christmas season. I am kicking myself that I didn't get her name ... but if you are seeing this, THANK YOU!!!! Your compassionate, empathetic support to a complete stranger went above and beyond. I look forward to shopping here again soon :)

I have been here many times and always have had great service and the product is always great. Today we went in to get some soaps for favours for our wedding guests and had such an amazing experience with Crystal today. She was so pleasant, helpful and excited for our big day. The service here is great. While some of the staff seem a little shy they’re very helpful when you ask them about products. The bath bombs are my favourite thing there, haven’t tried much else but I’m falling in love with this store

I wanted to share my experience with Grace on January 1st, 2022. Grace is an exemplary employee of everything that RMSC embodies. She holds herself with poise, confidence, and a gentle nature that is truly welcoming.I shared with her my skin troubles that are troublesome and taking some time to figure out. Without hesitation or judgement, Grace asked strategic questions to match me with the correct products for my skin. As some products were out of stock, she showed up as honest in her approach. This was a great part of the interaction as it showed me that she truly wanted to assist with my skin rather than solely sell me a product.I ended up purchasing some items and speaking with Grace a bit longer due to her approachable nature. She is definitely someone who I would love to explore the whole store with as she is knowledgable, kind, and fun!I'm already a fan of RMSC (Can't wait for this year's race!) and this type of customer service is why I return time and time again. Thank you Grace for showing up and being yourself. You're an absolute gem!

These products are so lovely, every time I go into the Market Mall location the staff are so friendly and super helpful! I was looking for some small Christmas gifts and Grace spent so much time with me picking out scents that went well together and wrapping them up all nicely! Amazing customer service!

I went in to check out the Holiday collection and was blown away by Arlo and the team at Market Mall! The new candles are incredible and the vanilla candy cane scent is to die for. Definitely check them out next time you are at market :)

Very impressed by this location. I felt like the staff, specifically Ann and Steph, were invested in helping me find the right products, whether or not I bought anything today. I got first class treatment - a hand scrub with mini massage! I'm excited to go back and buy everything we chatted about. The level of knowledge, incredibly personable staff and a relaxing environment, coupled with natural, well crafted, high quality products makes me almost happy to be at the mall!
