I hired New Wave pools to take care of my pool in St Catharines this summer and was really happy with the outcome. The customer service there is amazing, from the friendly and responsive person in the office who takes your call and takes care of any questions or issues in a friendly fast and professional way, to the technician Tom who came out every week and treated my pool like his own, babying and working on it til it was perfect. I will definitely call on them again if I need them! Shout out and huge thanks to Tom!

Today on my way home from work around 430, I watched a New Wave employee driving a work van quite aggressively on the 406 from Welland to St. Catharines. Firstly, they were driving in the passing lane continuously, not moving over for cars going quicker than them, even when the slow lane was clear. I watched them break check a Pontiac Vibe in Welland. I then switched lanes in front of the workers at Glendale. The worker proceeded to drive very close to my bumper, when I had no where else to go as there were cars in the slow lane and also in front of me. From there, around the Fourth Ave exit, the employee attempted to get around me, getting blocked in once he realized there was both a car in the slow lane in which he attempted to over take me in, and a car in front of me in the fast lane (hence why I stayed where I was). I got off at the ramp to the QEW, then Ontario Street. He then approached from the right lane, and as he passed me at the light, rudely and mockingly waved at me as if I was the one that had done something wrong. My husband was also present during this. The man had a fairly long beard, red in colour. Upon researching the business we became aware that others have had similar experiences over the years. I am unsure if this man is the owner, a family member, or just a regular employee, but his actions were not only unsafe, but also unprofessional.Between his actions and the condition of the work vehicle, I would not trust or recommend this company, and thus, the one star review.

I have been waiting for New Wave Pools to assist us in obtaining our permit to build a pool in Fort Erie for over 18 months! There has been one delay and screw up after the next. In July, it will be 2 years since we gave New Wave our huge deposit! I am VERY FRUSTRATED!!Our yard is a disaster, they dug up our sprinkler system last summer, no grass, no permit, no pool!

Great source of pool gear. Just purchased a custom winter cover from them, prices were excellent, fit was perfect. Very happy with the products.Always a great place to find answers to pool problems.

Driver driving erratically, breaking in front of another vehicle and nearly causing an accident. Causing the vehicle in front of me to have to suddenly break. Nearly causing a several car accident.

We’ve just finished our 3rd season with New Wave looking after our pool. We’ve been very happy with the service and price from them. I highly recommend New Wave.
