Petro-Canada & Car Wash

Horrible experience, especially the staff, not helpful at all.Being a regular customer of petro canada car wash having a season pass and when i got my car washed their, is was dirty due to some problem in the machine and the staff specifically the sikh guy was rude and unhelpful.This pumps management should ask their staff to get trained on customer service first.And have seen lots of reviews with same problem.

I have nothing critical to say about the staff other than that they are not nearly as knowledgeable and therefore capable as the staff at the petrocan on Montreal and Ogalvie....That being said, my issue is their car wash. The high season (winter) is often 10-12 cars deep.

Car wash is good. But i wish they not no Snake like entry to the car wash, its a nightmare to drive in the snake style entry especially in a low sports car

I visited this station and the service I received was horrible and the cashier was super rude. All the pumps were prepaid only and cashier said because fuel theft and being close to the highway our pumps are prepaid.If someone wants to steal gas it does not matter whether close to highway or not that person will steal. Thats why there are cameras. Please remove cameras if everyone has to prepay the gas. I got car wash also. The car came out dirty after wash. Cashier gave me another wash and still car was dirty after wash. I Willnever come back here. Please teach your staff how to be respectful and give great customer service.

Bought a car wash. Truck still dirty on the outside. Cost 20$.Went back and showed them my truck right away and got a rewash. Seeing as the 2 kids in my truck were at that point crying I decided to come back the next day. The ticket expired and they won't give a new one even though it wasn't used.Wouldn't recommend this place

I dont usually leave reviews but there was no reason for the Horrible customer service: I had just stopped to get gas(15$) paying in change trying to be polite and apologizing for paying in change and I got yelled at to move the f out of the way so that she chould serve actual customers" as she kept swearing and being very rude.i was already trying to cope with devastating news and I really did not need that! I was just trying to pay for gas."

I have been going to this gas station for well over 15 yrs and never had an issue until today. At approx 9pm I went inside to pay my gas. The interact machine wasn't reading my card. The cashier was so rude and told me to TAP.. I said I dont have TAP or I would have used it. Then she reset my amount and charged me double. I told her why are you charging me double? She said that's not what is showing on ny SCREEN. So u showed her mine. It was doubled in price. She never apologized. The machine refused to read my card and she did nothing about it. I told her nothing is wrong with my card I am here once a week getting gas. It's your machine. It's old. All she did was stare at me. This employee needs to go. No communication skills and very rude. Young colored girl. I went down the street to another Petro and had no issues with the interact machine. FIX YOUR MACHINED AND GET RID OF RUDE EMPLOYEES. I am appalled of the service level I received and will never go back there again. DISGUSTING

This guy charged me $20.35 for a car wash never rang it through and gave me an operator super wash. I use to work there. Knowing what the OS is. He pockets my money

They allow you to buy a car wash even though the car wash is closed for renovations. And then they won’t issue a refund.
