Canada Post

This place is beyond terrible. The people who work in here are miserable, very rude and have no time for anyone. I went in happy, said hi, asked how the person was and all I got was a snarky, terrible customer service response. This place and the people in it aren’t even worth 1 star. I will never go here again.

I went in there today and had the worst service. I understand give COVID 19 there are new protocols which I am totally okay with. I was mailed 15 envelopes to the USA for my business and was asked to do the declaration forms outside. I totally understand given the circumstances. Since I mail 50-100 orders month I know what they do with the customs forms. So I helped by attaching them all to the proper envelope. When I returned back inside she told me I need to fill in the full address instead of writing CANADA and USA for to and from. Like I mentioned. I mail 50-100 packages if not more a month. The Canada post employee refused to complete my transaction and wanted me to write the full address. Even though the full address was already printed on the envelope. I left and went to the post office at Pickering town and they were amazing. When asking them about the proper procedure with the declaration forms, she said we suggest it but IT IS NOT MANDATORY. Which I know because like I said I mail 50-100 packages a month.I have had 2 bad experiences at this location and 1 good one. I will also be contacting Canada post directly as this is not fair to customers who give them thousands of dollars a year.

Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere, read the reviews here and you will know why, Do people practice being miserable. On the plus side the parking lot is Good.

Ugh! Received an email that a parcel had been delivered 3 days ago but it was not delivered to my address. The website has information on what to do but when filling out the form it can't be done (won't go to the next page.) I tried calling the 2 closest Post Offices to see my parcel was delivered there but neither office picked up the phone. Not even a message. I wish I could give less than 1 star.

Avoid this location dont waste your time. Second time dealing with the old black lady with braids. Shes a rude lazy woman, each encounter. Told me to go to another one maybe they could help me. The next location did everything I wanted no issues in less than 5 minutes. Miserable ladies so glad I dont have to work in an environment like that. Very toxic and unhealthy.

Brutal. They took my prepaid box that had already been incorrectly delivered back to me instead of the recipient and instead of getting another label made, they used the same info, to resend it. So now when the next post office scans it, they'll see the same INCORRECT ship to address (mine), see that the info says it's been delivered and will go... What???? These workers are clueless and to top it off, also rude. I was too tired to the them how to do their job, and I had a small child with me but either this parcel will come back to my house, AGAIN, or it will get stuck in CP limbo because of these tools.

Horrible service, next to no parking at all. If you have parcels to be picked up you better go as soon as its in the post office or the person at the counter will be extremely cranky when you show up. They can't seem to deliver mail on Tuesdays and I have had nearly a month of no mail including Christmas cards, bills and other items all of which were sent out. The people who deliver the mail jam parcels into the mailbox to the point where you need a crowbar to get it out and your parcels are all damaged as they don't know how to use the parcels boxes. If you take letters in to be mailed they tell you to put them outside in the box, on the rare occasion that they actually accept your letters they tell you the letter is to big and needs more postage, but if you put that same letter in the box outside it goes through no problem. I would avoid this post office and use a different one if you can

Canada Post is just bad.

While I can't speak to any of the 1 star reviews I dropped by this location to do a quick amazing return. No issues at all and the employee was kind, though there was no paperwork needed, just a simple drop off that already had the Amazon return label on it. What I can say though is that getting into the Post office parking lot during rush hour can be an absolute pain if you're coming from the west. Coming from the east is no issue but from the west you gotta try and cross 4 lanes of traffic that always gets backed up from the lights at the intersection.

It was my first time mailing something to a family member in the US.Line moved fairly quickly, and they implemented the covid protocols well for such a small space.The gentleman assisting me was helpful and patient as he gave directions.Very good service overall.
