Supposed to be open at 8:00am but no one is here and the eye doctor business next door said they never show up on time to work and never open when they are supposed to. Unbelievable

I love this post office! I moved to Paris a year ago and this post office has been one of the best places in Paris. I go here fairly frequently. It never occurred to me to review a post office, because in my life before Paris, post offices were just blah, a place to go to get something done. This place has friendly staff that just kind of brighten your day, very efficient, and I never have to wait. If I have to wait, it's never more than a few minutes.

I have been in Paris for a few years now. During which time, I have visited this CP location more then a handful of times. They have always been open. Always have parking right out back. And the staff is friendly and very helpful. Today was no exception, as Michelle was there and my task was handled smoothly and promptly. Thanks guys!!

Today I had a terrible experience with a young girl at the post office that clearly does not understand Customer Service! She watched me struggled offered me no alternative, just said no that can't be done. On my way out I said thank you for your service and she responded go elsewhere! Wow such a bad experience, who would hire someone who clearly had no people skills?

service is good but the Post office is in a very bad location . drivewayis on a very busy street cant see cars coming both ways .. Sidewalk to door is very steep. especially in winter(ice) . With population of approx 30 thousand it seems that management could have gotten a better building that would not be in the Downtown where parking is very limited. A good spot would be next to Service Ontario in the Northville Plaza

Lady was really rude. Very miserable I work in customer service and the way she spoke was just disrespectful and disgusting. Won't be going back. If she hates her job so much get a new one.

Unprofessional mail delivery person. He intimates my animals and is ignorant and rude to me and my partner. Has threatened us. I have filed one compliant already, but will be heading in to speak with management at Paris office

My wife and I visited the Paris post office today. We were completely overwhelmed by the impeccable service the gentleman in retail extended to all his customers. Great to see employees of Canada Post doing a wonderful job.

Poor and slow service, my package was delivered to the wrong delivery box. Now I have to wait three days for them to do an investigation on the item. I am new to Paris, never had mail issues like this before.

This post office is closed more than it's open. Computer systems down, computer systems upgrades and now mould. All the excuses in the world. Even worse, you don't know until you spend your time walking / driving over there and read their hand written-note on the door. Canada post wasting tax payers money, so typical.
