Helpful staff, well stocked, love the merchandising, smart design of house brand products (my new lawn tractor battery has a built-in carrying handle!). Always prefer shopping here to Canadian Tire.

There was a gentleman (Scott)helping us to find the welding machine that we were looking for he as able to adjust the price a bit for us. I definitely recommend this store to my friends and family.

Half of the things are in the wrong spot, don't have a price tag, or have an incorrect one. So I was basically looking up prices online as I shopped, got to the front and of course prices are way higher than they should be. Front desk lady was very nice and tried to help I showed her the prices online so she called over her manager who made the situation more frustrating, wouldn't honor any prices off their own website. I ended up just leaving a full cart of items there even the correct priced ones. I'll just buy it off Amazon or Canadian Tire

Katelyn was very helpful, I live in Markham and it was worth the trip for coming here to buy products needed. All staff were very busy organizing the shop and it is very clean and organized. When I spoke to Katelyn about my issue, she could solve the problem just in seconds. I was very happy about the service she provided and will definitely visit again!

This locat is very close to where I live and I always try to shop here for my mechanical needs or any type of tools or oil , Today I was looking for Spark plugs for my Yamaha Jetski , and there was a gentleman in one of the sections, I asked him about the spark plugs I was looking for , he took me to the right place and he showed me all the spark plugs they had , amd he answered all my questions patiently , super nice and professional, very knowledgeable, I asked for his name, he said KEN , if you ever need anything and you like costumer service , ask for KEN , he literally made my day even better, definitely going back to him on my next visit . Thanks KEN

The selection is excellent, and the store is well-stocked. The staff there were very friendly and helpful, and found a trailer axle set for me very quickly! A great experience overall :)

AWESOME place to shop, lots of stuff, well organized and displayed, verrrrrry friendly help full staff. You can return just about everything with or without receipt and they replace or refund just about everything. Princess Auto should be the model for all retail shops!
