Eric, Jessica and their team were highly efficient, very easy to work with and exceeded our expectation of the project. Not only did they used high quality materials and a heating system beyond reproach, they were also able to handle the difficult bureaucracy and negotiations with the city.Their expertise of engineering guaranteed that our SUV would be able to descend a short and steep slope into a small 1930's garage entrance. This also involved a reconstruction of the sidewalk. Thus they dealt with the «bureau de l'urbanisme» and collaborate with the city sub contractors. Even though there were delays due to the city's involvement, Eric and Jessica's professionalism and communication greatly minimize the stress the project's construction.They also advised us on every aspect of the project including choices of pavers, stone wall, and drain. These choices permitted us to use the pedestrian door on the garage door that had been non-functional.We are truly satisfied with the result. In fact we will use them again for our front walkway and other projects.We highly recommend the company. Thank you for your amazing job and thank you for being a contractor who took the time to listen, communicate and find solutions to accommodate our needs (eco friendly products, size of SUV, pedestrian door...) in a small complicated project.

although the project was postponed last year due to the early snow, it has been progressing very smoothly this year. The installation of the system was finished in July. During the process, we have had a very good cooperation with Aguibcreations technicians and managers. We look forward to the first snow and expect that the system will play its role.
