I’ve had good experiences with the pieces I’ve bought here - beautiful and very durable after a few years of wear. Do keep in mind that a lot of items here are No Size, so it’s not a size-inclusive store.

I just bought a cover up from this store (which I have purchased things from many times before). When I took it out at home, to my surprise, I realized that there was a hole in the seam on one side, and the other side was ripped all the way up. I took it back with both the receipt and the tag, and the owner just called me to say she would not let me return it, that they would sew it up. I am not interested in owning something this shoddy before it has ever even been worn. When I said this was an unacceptable response the owner started screaming at me, and being unbelievably rude - telling me I was threatening her - which I most certainly was not. She just lost my business.Edit to respond to owner:Photo Notes: 1) Small tear on one side of the garment. 2) What the side should look like sewed all the way up. 3) What the other side looks like. 4) Both the tag and the receipt that were returned WITH the garment - the paper clip is hers.It has never been worn. Not even once.

Super cute store with some beautiful and affordable pieces! Bought a beautiful soft scarf this afternoon which I’m very happy with. I will likely return for more clothing

Came across this beautiful boutique last week and cannot recommend it more. The owner and service was impeccable. From the beginning when I was greeted upon walking in, to recommendations on clothing, all the way through to my purchase, the owner was so kind and helpful throughout the entire process. The fabulous selection of styles, colours, fabrics and reasonable prices made for a wonderful buying experience.You MUST shop at MUST Boutique, Catherine and Fari will become your best friends before you leave the store because they will be honest and not sell you something for the sake of making a sale.5 Star experience for sure!!!

Fari and her team are very helpful and knowledgeable about their stock. Their pieces are unique and fun.Must Boutique Toronto is a wonderful place for some retail therapy and you never feel pressured.

Nice pieces, reasonable prices, but I find the quality of the garments lacking (don't wash well). Associate was very nice and helpful. I'll be back!
