They always take great care of my baby and try to use a gentle approach whenever possible, understanding that your pet is probably nervous while undergoing examination.

We have been long term (over twenty year) clients of Buck Animal Hospital. Recently, our two cats had dental cleanings and removal of some teeth. The service at Buck was outstanding. We were well informed ahead, during and after surgery. I was impressed with how well our cats were cared for (one is a little 'difficult') and we left with clear and compassionate instructions for their care at home. It was obvious that the Buck team, from reception to vets to techs, worked together to provide seamless, high quality care for our pets.

We've been with Buck for about 4 years now. We started going there when we got our two kittens and then we continued going there when we got our greyhound.They're helped us through so many stressful times, always with compassion and grace. They're always upfront about how much something is going to cost so you can make the right decision for your pet.When my Greyhound got suddenly sick a few months ago they were so quick to get him in for an appointment (same day). They figured out what was wrong and explained everything to us, then organized a transfer to an emergency vet. After their help, and a night at the emergency vet he's 100% back to his goofy self.I cannot recommend them enough. I wholeheartedly trust them with all three of my pets.Thank you for all you do!

Another excellent on site service experience! While mostly engaged with their Customer facing team at reception (as I primarily shop their retail product offering), the staff are always warm, friendly and singularly engaging. Best in class service, every time! I am a new patron, and I feel like they've known me always! A warm, home town vibe in the city centre!
