Very good experience to deal with the company. I was afraid reading the first review and therefore went to verify at the address. They are on the second floor and they provide business registration services. In the same unit, they also have other business service such as legal and paralegal contracts. I didn't get as low price as this company offering for a BC company set up.

I'm certain this company is a scam and have reported them to anti-fraud Canada. They took almost $200 of mine and gave me nothing. I tried to email both their 'info' and 'orders' email accounts and they bounced back saying they didn't exist. I call the phone number and it just rang for ages. Their website is deceptive as it sort of looks like a government agency or at least affiliate, but it's not. If you read further text on the site, it's in poor english and changes from super formal to very casual. Very frustrating as I needed a document for my non-profit organization and got scammed out of the money with nothing to show for it. Warning to others!
