Didn't find my sales rep to be very professional, there was no haggling over price at all. Was told policy was supposed to be quarter tank of gas which we got rather upset about after traveling 3 at times of 1.5 hours both ways . Vehicle was not properly cleaned and detailed AT ALL when picked up for purchase. Spent alot on my Buick Encore and like my car, but would not recommend this dealership. The lady in financial department was the best though.

My partner and I met with Josh Cameron to discuss buying a vehicle. He was incredibly patient, friendly and helpful. He explained in detail all of our options (buying used or new and leasing) and helped us test drive a couple vehicles to see what we liked. He answered all of our questions about different financing options and made sure we fully understood all of the possibilities available to us. I highly recommend booking an appointment with him if you're looking to buy!

I had the best experience here! I found a Corolla on FB and Sarah was so quick to answer and book me in for an appt to view the vehicle! She was such a real person with no fake trying to selling me anything! She also read a book with my little guys while I sat down to do the finance part with Kathleen!! How amazing!!! Kathleen was never pushy about extended warranty etc and we had the best talk about my options and what would work for my family and I!! I never felt pressured once!! Such an amazing experience hands down love this dealership!!

Recently purchased a used Chrysler 300 with Hadyn's assistance. Good customer service and staff were pleasant to work with. Very accommodating with the fact that I was coming 3+ hours away to look at the car and a couple weeks later to pick-up. 5 stars for sure.

Recently brought 2023 Toyota RAV4 Xle premium. Though we had 3 Toyota dealerships in my region ( Waterloo) , I prefer to choose this dealership and it was definitely one of the best decisions of my life. I was able to get my car on time and Josh Cameron was so supportive on each and every step. He took care of every process with ease. I would highly recommend everyone to at least visit this showroom first and give it a try.

I highly recomend Amman Lakhani in new car sales to help you. Amman is friendly, knowledgable and helpful. He also follows up. I have dealt with Stratford Toyota for several decades and we just picked up our new 2023 Camy which is a wonderful vehichle. In the service department I have dealt with Ron Bell for several years and he always takes great care of us as well. I highly recommend Stratford Toyota for either a purchase or service.
